I enjoyed this show as a 19 to 21 year old college kid. Enjoyed Capt Rogers and Loved Wilma Deering-She was nice to look at!! Twiki was very funny and hip in his own way. Sometimes I felt sorry for Buck to be separated from the world he knew. Thanks that you allow me to watch it again and remember my youth!!

Buck Rogers could have been better. Some stories were weak...other were gimmicks. Gil Gerard complained not enough 'post-apocalypse' stories. Any season 2 'think points' made some interesting dialogue... but rarely flowed into a story. Drama and conflict needed to be more cemented to our situations... good but rare. This was possible, but it didn't emerge because of factors beyond the production core. What makes a good sci-fi? Good Science meets good fiction. That was a quote from Michael Crichton.

When you present the photograph of the character KANE, you show the photo of Henry DeSilva, but go on to describe Michael Ansara, who also portrayed KANE. DeSilva deserves some credit for being a menacing presence to Buck and Wilma and Earth.

for weekly TV series of the 80s i agree Erin was the hottest but there wasnt much competition; but if you put her up against 70s sci-fi Bionic Woman, Isis & Wonder Woman sorry she's definitely behind Joanna Cameron & Lynda Carter & i'd say a tossup with Lindsay Wagner(keep in mind for majority of the shows Lindsay was very modestly dressed but check her out in the few shows she got to show off her body). If we then compare her to actresses who were in a motion picture she falls behind Ornella Muti, Sean Young, Geena Davis, Daryl Hannah, Francesca Annis, etc
