I think whatever is in your muscle memory just comes out and flows. It is your further understanding of kung fu principles and concepts ...and the fact you can differentiate whether it's wing chun or other things you've learned. Either way Adam, it helps us understand that it's not all not just black and white. I personally love it! It helps to free our minds and look into what else is possibly there.
Would it be possible to show the demo on a person then what full power looks like on a dummy? Kind of a side by side so we can get how hard to hit to impact.
I think circle is possible only if you don't put 100% power into the punch, if you try to do as much punches per period of time as possible. If you circle part of your power goes down (in case of vertcal circle). Just my thoughts, of course they might be wrong
Using your skeleton, instead of your muscles; is what makes me understand the principles better. Your muscles are just there to move your body. I could be wrong..
Adam, ive been tryng to contact you for quite some time, i made a Wing chun review that i would like to share with you. Also to give questions for your Wing Chun Videos. Best Regards
Dramatic Procession from locker room to the ring with crowd booing or cheering, depends who it is, into a MAP Cage Fight is the best experience possible.

Brilliant sifu Chan thank you for the great lessons as always.
I studied wing chun but never thought of the vertical circle!! Good information for me!!
Thanks for the lessons.
excellent video, thank you.
Interesting. It's never been explained that way before. This goes hand in hand with the theory of multiple vectors.
Beng chaun you sound like my hsing teacher teaching wu hsing. 🙂

Circles within Circles and it do not matter if it's not traditional
Tradition is good then you make it your own shape
🙏👍🏼💪
Just think about how many circles exist in a sphere. Your strikes should follow as such.
You need to put your ads in earlier so people watch to the end.
