hi how about if multiple items and one of the item in the order is not yet available? im having a problem with that is there an option to not yet mark it as ready for pick up?
in the current functionality of shopify, they require that ALL products are available for pickup (you can read more at help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/pos-classic/shopify-pos-from-admin/buy-online-pickup-in-store).
I did the same steps for local Delivery and can’t seem to get it to show up at checkout. Any tips ?
are you using any 3rd party apps that override the functionality? can you share more about your setup?
Astral Web Inc. I was using Shopify local Delivery in the admin. I was looking for a third party but they all overide the shipping at checkout. I wanted to do local Delivery shipping and pickup at checkout.
I set everything up but I keep seeing “your order isn’t available for pickup . Enter shipping address!
can you specify more about your settings. there might be a setting that was not filled out.

Can you remove shipping option and make it just pick up?
yes you can. make sure to delete all of your rates and custom shipping profiles in order to do so plus ofcourse enable local pick up

thanks for the video. I have managed to add two pick up locations but I want to add more and i cant find the option to add more than two.
your welcome. you will want to check your shopify plan to see how many locations you're allowed in your account and you might have to upgrade to a higher plan.

Is there a way for orders to be picked up locally but the order has to be delivered to my office first?
can you store some products in your office first and create it as its own warehouse and then that warehouse is locally picked up?
Thanks. How can a qr code be sent to the customer once it's ready for pickup so that they can come into the store and scan the code so that my team can bring the order to the counter?
you would have to get an app to extend the functionality of shopify for this requirement
