I think pure is going to be the go-to, if you run 22 non engine handtraps and you get to go first you are just going to chill with seals pass, and if you go second you obviously just barrage them with handtraps until they stop playing , but maybe people discover a nutty combination due to tenpai being such a tiny package
New trap that skip opp main phase just dropped xD. Also 2 new good main deck monster. Maybe can make some updated lines. Ending on superdragon while having the trap would be nuts xD. U end on main phase and force all their monster to attacl the superdragon. The pnly counterplay either kaiju or opp just skip their main phase 1 right away.
As a Melodious player who over the years have tried to make them viable via building them with Shaddolls, Invoked, Branded, Agents and even with Fluffals, how good is that Melodious is one of the more viable match ups for Tenpai Dragons. Bounce their Dragons with Etoile at start of the BP; sit on Bloom Diva or heck, even the OG gimmicky strategy of the Aria/Elegy lock completely shuts down the Dragons. Tenpai Dragons have room for a ton of hand traps, but depending on how Melodious are built, they also have plenty of room for non engine and/or any other cards to counteract any hand trap counters that Tenpai Dragons may throw at them as contingency. Exciting new phase of the meta coming right up whichever way you spin it!
No reason to play this combo over tzolkin combo or secret village of the spellcasters combo, then again, all of them lose hard to nibiru. Just summon Hieratic Spheres and use hand traps people.

People used it with Tri Brigade Branded Despia cuz it banish face up The thing is, if you banish the limited card. Blaster, the dragon ruler of infernos, you can add 1 fire dragon monster from your deck to your hand If you banish

i honestly prefer pure, has more room for non engines and it also doesnt die to nib, which for tenpai shouldnt even be a problem
