Part 4: • Johnny Manziel Heisman...
Part 5: • Johnny Manziel Heisman...
The Legend of Johnny Football...
3:37 that man got knocked into the shadow realm
Ryan swope was a beast
UofA and Mike Evans
Swope could run the 100M in 10.7 seconds too.
He’s a great example of why college players deserve to get paid, ruined himself playing college ball when he should’ve made millions
Kids today just won’t understand how much of a legend this dude was. Obv his pro career failed but at A&M he was as electrifying as it got
Most elusive QB I have ever seen. Excellent accuracy and a solid arm. May hold on to the ball too long sometimes, but when you have his ability, you get away with it. He is incredible and the best player in college football. I wish my Philadelphia Eagles could have him.
Manziel is an amazing player... I've never seen anybody play football as good as he has... He's definetly gonna win the Heisman! :D
I am a die hard Alabama fan. But that play that he pulled on us was INCREDIBLE. That touchdown pass after a weird fumble thing. Incredible.
Love watching him. When he runs with the ball he reminds me of a mini Earl Campbell. He looks really small with great moves where Earl was big & quick. The receivers for A&M are fantastic too.
That was amazing ----- I have been studying football for 30+ years, my passion for the game has me in the top 800 fans ( fan rewards nfl.com ) , i've played it, i have coached it, i haven't missed a game in 30 years and if i did i taped it so i could see it later (several times). I have had the privilege of seeing the greatest players in the history of the NFL and i have never seen anything like this kid. He will break every record held at his position ( to include running back ). Simply AMAZING
Didn't age well
Aged like milk
That block at 3:36 tho my god that was a hard hit
did anyone else see that block at 3:34
This is still one of the best highlight reels ever
omfg this kid blows my fucking mind. holy shit its freaking insane how he turns shit up on people. its athletes like this that truly show how quickly humans are evolving physicly. hes small but he is a force to fear
I was at the Alabama game, that guy just tore it up. Seeing that live, even though i was rooting for the Tide, was nothing short of unbelievable.
It's between him and Clowney for Heisman the next year.
I'm new to college football, this dude is awesome, never seen a quarterback evade tackles like him and score touchdowns doing it.
One of my favorite videos of all time
That LSU player at the beginning made this vid that much better!
He knew what he couldn't stop
Who is he?
Bro that hit at 3:38 though 😂damn
this guy has so many true highlight plays...lots of other highlight tapes show guys makes a few first downs or maybe a couple big gains...Johnny Football's highlight tape is like watching a video game.
I have not been this excited for US-American Football since Dan Marino! Rock on Manziel, mo' magic next year.
I come here at least 3 times a year
Agreed, you don't see light footed runners in the NFL, quarterback or not. There have been great ones in the past, but with the increasing speed and strength of players it doesn't happen anymore. If he is able to do the same thing in the next level he is truly a great that can transcend the game.
NO ONE IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL HAS EVER BEEN THIS EXCITING TO WATCH!!! Hands down Johnny Football Heisman 2012!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoop!
Look at the blocking by the receivers on all of his runs. Impeccable coaching and discipline.
That hit at 3:37 was NASTY
once again, you have amazing song selections
With the No.1 pick in the 2014 Draft... The Houston Texans select Johnny Manziel Quarterback, Texas A&M.
Sigh* 😪
TAMU had two of the best offensive tackles in the nation this year and they are both headed to the NCAA, lets wait and see Manziel crumble under the pressure next year....
Damn he's fast... Didn't realize it until I saw him out run a corner.
A&M w/ Manziel right now is the best team in College football. A&M today is much better than they were a few months ago when they barley lost to #2 Florida & #6 LSU. A&M w/ a new coach & new quarterback is now settled in and making teams pay..Johnny Heisman shatters all college football records as a freshman.
With the No.4 in the 2014 NFL draft...The Cleveland Browns select Texas A&M Quarterback...Johnny Football.
At his heisman speech he did mention how safe he felt with his O-Line and how great the are.
Amazing!!! The heisman committee shouldnt be bias due to his age/classification. I thought it was about hard work, dedication, and determination which Johnny football clearly displays! He definitely earned it!!!
#Johnny4Heisman2012
that block at 3:37 was fucking nasty
The crowd gives me the chills
Those are some great receivers also. This kid is a machine.
The first time I really watched Manziel play was against Alabama. I didn't really know who he was at the time and with the way he played and his feel for the game I thought I was watching a senior.
if he could bring this to the NFL every game he play in gonna be nothing but highlights, cant wait to see what he does later on
It's exciting to finally go through a short period of time where people can be hyped, or selected high in the draft and actually succeed as they were meant to rather than a guessing game/dice roll.
That look from Saban says it all. Johnny is like Flutie in that he has that same magic that Flutie always seemed to have.
That block was insane....geezus that boy can play ball!
So awesome!! He is so smooth and looks like he is jogging out there!! but he is still so much faster than everyone else!
It's amazing how many of these plays (this video, and part 1) happen on third down. Talk about killer instinct.
I will continue to support johnny manziel through everything
His line and these blockers help him so so so much
I'm forever thankful for johnny manziel
True, I hope nobody is thinkin he's gonna be doing this in the NFL. Even Vick said he was surprised when he got to the league to see how fast linemen move.
this dude is amazing, he deserved the heisman for sure
cant wait to see him his jr/sr season and in the pros
i'd honestly love to see this kid punt return
@Josh Sturm he did back in high school. Also played safety and punter. Plus running back and receiver.
This dude is amazing, fuck what anybody who denies his greatness thinks he makes plays & wins games. Possibly a 2x Heisman winner & a great NFL player soon to be.
he will probably be the 3 #1 draft pick when he goes into the draft. he make people miss from 10 yards away. and to those saying he will get crushed in the nfl, he is still a good passer and when he runs he will learn pretty quick to slide
This guy better be working on a Ryan Swope highlight reel.. that kids career is littered with great plays.
Their uniforms vs miss. st are dope as hell!!
This kid is just special... and ive never watched a TAMU game ever...
When Nick Saban is at a lost for words for how good a football player is, he is the man.
Goated times
I am going to be watching this guy and that team next season, you bet.
such speed high flying, he is magic man he has talent, he is a young talent QB for two or three year out of this kid he'll make your team look good in the pros
anyone thought of giving the A&M O line credit they've been doing a spectacular job with blocking for this kid it just fits perfectly with his style of play
part three!! must have part 3!!!!!!!!
thankyou for these videos!!!!
had to replay that a couple of times
Best college Qb I've ever watched!
Very true, I just hope whatever team drafts him doesn't try to make him into a pocket passer. He could do it, but I want to see these highlights all day.
he is way too good! cant wait to watch him go pro! looking like a younger tebow with that running game, but way better
He will be a great running back in the NFL.
why cant we all be happy for johnny hes livin his dream playin football i do not understand y ppl dislike his style of play shit, the SEC is the closest to the nfl in college anyway
Whoop!! Johnny is so amazing!
I gotta know, who is playing as Johnny Manziel on NCAA 13 and set the difficulty to easy? This kid is the best player in college period! This is not a heisman race, just give him the award right now!
Real as it gets. Fellow Texan #MANZIEL 4 HEISMAN
Like him or love him, it's days like this the real sports fan lives for.
johnny makes people look stupid...he has some real talent to buy time to either throw to the open receiver or to tuck it and run...People say he wont make it in the NFL playing the way he does, i think he will the NFL babies their QBs and as long as he can buy time to make a play he will be alright....he is exciting to watch, can't wait to see him do it in the NFL
this aged beautifully
3:49 best part, the way the cheering squad from Alabama moves out of the way... like "WTF, no wonder they can't catch him. We're screwed."
That was sick at 3:38. Man what a hit.
I'm going to release Part 3 after the bowl game. Gig'em! #Heismanziel
that block @3:36 .. like getting paid after a 4-day weekend
Watched this kid yesterday live and you just can't believe what you see when he is out of the pocket. I would hate to be on the field with this guy. Hell you run more in the first half than you do the entire fraking game. I saw in the middle of the second half with a bunch of players on D with hands on hips. Johnny Football is the real deal.
This Texas AM team has amazing blocking though, the wr's and the o line. Like probably top 5 in all of college.
He looks like the real thing to me. I'm always skeptical if a player only performs well against relatively poor or weak teams, but he's doing it against Alabama, LSU and Auburn!
To the people who say he has all day in the pocket because of a great line: Yes the offensive line is elite. However, as the season went on, more and more teams stopped rushing the quarterback because of his ability to scramble. They preferred to play contain with a spy over the top and force him to beat them through the air. This made the O-line look better than they actually are. Johnny Manziel makes the entire team better. That is the true definition of the Heisman
Its true that college doesn't fully equate to the nfl but there is something to be said for a guy who consistently plays well in a tough conference as a freshman. The best qbs find ways to win. bottom line is the kid is a winner in every sense of the word. He will be a great pro quarterback for the same reason Joe Montana was good. He wins football games. No matter how he gets the W.
shoutout to Joeckel and Mathews two of the best tackles
Texas a&m was honestly the rawest team this year
Heisman... No doubt Johnny... Im a Michigan fan for life but Johnny is the best ever
That's what jumps out at me in this whole video. I want a receiver who can improvise blocks like that and make my QB look good.
Great job man!
My bro johnny manziel is incredible
That block at the 20 at 3:38... holy fuck
Menziel is the epitome of a great quarterback. There is no legitimate argument out there to discredit anything he's done. There's no doubt that he deserved the Heisman, and at the track he's on it's very feasible he wins it next year. I've heard enough bullshit from kids hiding behind their keyboards leaving comments dissing Menziel. Unless your Tom Brady, Payton Manning, or the fucking "lord almighty"; there's no way you can act like anything he's doing is less than incredible.
Dude got fucked up at 3:37.
Dope video what is the first song/beat from?
I've never seen anything like this, a freshman, wow.
that block was sick
The player talking at 0:15 cracks me up.
He's a freshman... Nobody can say anything about his future in college for crying out loud, and you're already putting him down at the NFL level? That doesn't even make any sense.
There's not even a guarantee that he'll stay healthy in college, but the fact that he's this good this early? He's got a lot of opportunity to get even better and better so, as things are, most arrows point toward success. No signs point that it's "highly doubtful" he'll be this successful in the NFL.
I remember that moment at 1:17, I was shocked when I saw that and I bet everyone else was too. reSEpeCt right here.
ladies and gentlemen the future of NFL quarterbacks is here
@howard baxter
Yes, he did. He even went as far as calling them out each individually and thanking them for the support.
