You are deep with the info you provided. Thank you in advance for being patient with your neighbor, things happen today it’s you tomorrow it’s me! Appreciation!
Good idea on the fence. You might think that the perimeter fence looks fine, then one broken wire and they have a drive thru! One thing, though, when not using the hay spears on the tractors drop the point to the ground. They will run into the point and Vette bill. Great animals.
Reason 2: Neighbor bull visiting your girls had me chuckle. I know it is actually a problem. Will you run electric fence along it too for bulls? Hillsboro is beautiful. Good to hear the neighbor helped split on the fencing! Good neighbor!
Morning!! Going back thru my comments and it looks like my reply didn't stick. I apologize. I will run electric also in certain places. I'll start in or at the bull pen. Since that will be the place where my bulls will be isolated in the off season.
Brother Pride you are making a smooth move that'll make them respect your rules 😂😅. Go ahead Pride let up see how much 🐐 you have let see how hard your head is.
The neighbor needs to get on their job that's not cool for them not having control of their animals. You've invested way too much 💰 into your livestock for somebody else negligence.
We all think alike. My neighbor paid for the fence material that borders 5200 feet between us two. I paid for the labor. She is the best! The cows on her property belongs to the gentleman chasing the bull. He leases from her.
@PrideRanch I agree! I watch Hidden Heights Farm channel on RUclips. For some years, they raise goats, chickens, geese, donkeys and Ostrich. I'm definitely looking to raise goats, and chickens. I appreciate you! Ramona 🙏🏽
Welcome! Just remember that the amount of land you have will need to support the number of animal units you have. The more cattle you have the less goats you can have. And the fencing you have for cattle won't really support goats. they both have different needs.

Your spread is looking very nice my man. Good looking cattle as well...
Much appreciated
Very good idea 💡 with the fence upgrade, should last longer than the barb wire... Nice video as usual my brother.
Thanks!!! The high tensile field fence is supposed to be stronger and last longer. Merry Christmas to you too!!!
It's amazing how tame you got. You're Barrama, Angus, mix.
Thanks! They see me as the food truck. 😂😂😂😂. But I have already gotten rid of the ones that were too flighty.
That's scary knowing they have the strenght to jump five feet high !!! 😲👍👍

Appreciate that!!! You are correct on both fronts!!! Praying the fix knot will last as long as they say.
lovin that fixed knot fence
Yes indeed!!! Really praying it does what it's supposed to do. lol...lol
@PrideRanch You are gonna be happy with it! Mine is doing a good job so far
Great video
Thanks!
Nice herd and Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you too!!!
Nice video , very interesting content 👍
Thanks
Nice looking cattle ranch, I'm looking to go in the cattle business soon
Will it be your first time working cattle?
Maine Herford and Angus mix makes the best Mother's. Just my experience from a 60s farm boy.
I’ve heard others tell me the same. I might try that one day IF I lose my attachment to Brangus cows. 😂
Fencing a never-ending story!!😂
😂😂😂😂. Indeed! Now I have to clear trees near the fence line.
@@broderickpride9124 that's what we are working on here for the next few days
Did you get the work completed?
Still fencing 3yrs into🤯
@@PrideRanch For the most part. at least until spring
Stunning fencing... 👏👏👏
Many thanks

lol..lol... yes indeed!!! I'm having a little PTSD though. I might miss chasing calves thru the barbed wire fence or chasing my neighbors bull. :-)
She wants to be stubborn she's mad at you for disturbing her grove.

I see it perfectly Pride it has a twist like I used to do stretch cables for fence gates. To keep it from sagging make it stronger.
Great video! How many acres do you have? Keep posting! Great content!
My place is 100 acres.
How many animals are running
I run 33 on 100 acres
How big are your ranch
My place is 100 acres.
Fix ur WIRE LINE R ELECTRIC FENCE WILL Work. THAT HOGS WIRES BRO
I struggled with the electric fence. I'm going to try again in a different area.
I would still put one barbed wire on top or they will rub it down
Yes. The final product has one at top and one on the bottom. I may still add an electric wire in a few places.
Definitely, learning a lot from your videos! Thank you Ramona
You are wecome!! I don't have much experience with goats but they can be an alternative to cattle for your homestead.
