I'm not surprised when they announced Miss Malaysia as a winner. Dewi Liana participated in World Championship of Performing Arts at Hollywood and singing competetion reality show in Malaysia (Mentor) before she's joining Miss World. Both Malaysia and Scotland did great. Kudos!
