The best thing for reflux is a high fruit and veggie diet and ranatidine. NOT...and I repeat NOT omeprazole. I have a child who was born with chronic reflux. A witless medical professional prescribed this for him and within six months his body was so depleted of vitamins he had to be hospitalized. Food digestion requires some acid to absorb vitamins and minerals. Omeprazole works TOO good. It's fine for occasional use, not daily though.
Also i feel like maybe all those effects are not the same when you have a watered down version. I could be wrong but i drink it all the time and i only put like a bottle cap amount in. I feel like some people put like 60% vinegar and then the rest waterZ

Some people get acid reflux because their stomachs don't produce enough acid to break down their food properly and the upper sphincter gets irritated by stuff in the stomach. So taking hydrochloric acid pills before meals or getting some vinegar in the stomach before meals can actually decrease the reflux. It's kind of bizarre and counterintuitive but it might be worth a shot for you. I tried the HCl pills and they definitely helped, but it was hard to remember to take them because I was a grazer.

That particular apple cider vinegar is good for a lot of things including getting the smell of cat pee out of fabric. I know TMI but it works. Put like half a cup in your laundry with the regular soap and use hot water. Clothes and sheets or whatever they peed on come out smelling fresh and clean. Crazy!!!

That particular apple cider vinegar is good for a lot of things including getting the smell of cat pee out of fabric. I know TMI but it works. Put like half a cup in your laundry with the regular soap and use hot water. Clothes and sheets or whatever they peed on come out smelling fresh and clean. Crazy!!!
