Ha, it has been a minute since I looked at all of that, but here are the numbers I used in my Moon Master Cancel button controller. This level of precision is only going to be helpful for programming, if you want to learn how to do it by hand, I have a few videos on Moon Master Cancel on this channel.
All times below are in milliseconds and are ranges I've seen work, followed by the number I used in the controller in parenthesis that I found more reliable.
1. Hold Strong Attack for 300-1500 (360)
2. No buttons down for 240-460 (460)
3. Press Strong Attack and Dodge for 40-130 (100)
4. No buttons down for 200-460 (320)
5. Press Strong Attack and Dodge for 40-130 (100)
6. No buttons down for 200-460 (320)
7. Press Strong Attack and Dodge for 40-130 (100)
