We always camped as kids, there 4 of us & Mum & Dad, in a big canvas tent. They were the best holidays ever, simple things, walks in the woods, picnics etc. We didn't have a lot growing up but we always had enough & that is all you need. My memories of those family holidays will live with me always cos the simple things in life are always the best.
We have a canopy that is pretty similar. We love using it while camping, it is mostly used for when we put food out as a group, helps to keep the bugs at a minimum. And we have sat in it on rainy nights and played cards, or the kids hang out because it is less buggy. :)

I actually got lazy and just get the crest strips from the store when they are on sale!
