For your last query here is the answer:-
Just right click to your file and choose option "open with" and then select "excel"
It will open file in Excel and when you save the file it will automatically reflected to drive.

I have a question, when i try to query/import data in another google sheet fyle from the xlsx file stored in google drive (the one u created in the video), it says that:
"You don't have permissions to access that sheet." Do you know if there's a way to obtain this permissions?? I think it only happens for sync xlsx fyles, for google sheets fyles i can import using the formula =IMPORTRANGE(

You can change the permission of Google sheet to - "anyone with the link can change the content".
Or
When you install drive, it will create a shallow copy of all the files available in Google drive. You can import data from that as well.

You can simply download google drive on you laptop and put your excel file in that drive ("Google drive")
