I love how these are fitted at the hip, and the box pleats adding the flare at the leg. Could see this in a nice, lightweight wool, or linen blend. classy for work, fancy for out on the town.

while drafting the lines drawn are very light, u should draw them with dark pencil/pen and what are the measurments

On average the amount added for the back crotch should be 5"/12.5cm and 2"/5cm for the front crotch extension. This allows for plenty of room when sitting do it won't pull into a wedge at the back. These measurements can be adapted depending on the shape of the wearer, a larger backside requires bigger crotch extension. Using the above measurements the crotch extension at the front is 15cm/6" with the back 20cm/8", which is way too loose even for a 60" hip size (allowing 2" ease for comfort). Like overall design though, especially the pleats. Will make into full length trousers/maxi divided skirt for summer. Will also be great for my daughter to wear for work.

The 3cm is a standard addition. In larger sixes could be increased to 4cm. The depth of the pleat is entirely personal choice. The rest of the measurements that are variable I think I explained.
