Chicago has a pretty strong WC community. Chicago West Coast Wednesdays and Chicago's Rebels swing dance club to mention two that are always looking for visiting instructors. Come visit us!

Tulsa is the place to be! Track 5 at the Hard Rock Casino, Boot & Diamonds, Rodeo. Whiskey 918. Lots of choices to visit.
That would be a logical stop for a road trip... stop through Dallas and keep going :-)
@@countrydancex Awesome! May I recommend Track 5 as the #1 choice but you should check their schedule as sometimes they schedule some big name bands to be there and the crowd makes dancing non existent.
Colorado Springs Co... Either Cowboys or Whiskey Barons there would be gargantuas crowds... see you there🤙

Tampa/Clearwater is a very real possibility! We intended to do a workshop there last year, but had an unforeseen issue with childcare, so it on the table again.
Country Dance X it’s a great place to be! Lots of dancers within a couple hours drive that would love to learn from y’all! Danielle Blouin runs a studio about an hour from Tampa and knows a lot of people in the area. I have contacts for management within the Dallas Bull so if you’d like to look into it, I can hook you up :)
Come to Steamboat Springs, CO! We have a great country dance group (Steamboat Stomp), as well as a WCS group. This is a perfect spot to have a weekend workshop, and the summers are beautiful here

Hopefully dancing will come back in 2021! The Chicago classic (usually in March) for an all WCS event or... Swing City Chicago in October- this is a HUGE event. But, Chicagoland Dance Festival would be great since it is a UCWDC event and would love some two step workshops. Love you guys-the way you break everything down is so helpful!

Dallas, TX....Springfield, MO....Tulsa, OK....Kansas City, MO....St. Louis, MO in order of preference lol. Country Dancing & West Coast, East Coast is pretty popular too! Check out Step By Step Dance Studio, Savoy Ballroom, and Sunshine Royal Ballroom in Springfield, MO. Midnight Rodeo would be a great spot also!!

For sure. You should assume some amount of risk in any physical activity including dance, gymnastics, weightlifting, running, walking, beer pong...
As with all things, consult a physician, know your limits, and get coaching from a qualified instructor
Or an underarm pass as you call it .
