    No, not a half a mile, but a tenth of a mile earlier this week-that is, forgetting to start the watch. When you really want to finish the run, even forgetting to set the watch for a tenth of a mile can make you grind your teeth. Great video.

    I did it once at the first 400M of a race! Ouch! Luckily it was a half marathon, so it didn’t affect things much. Thanks for commenting!
