Fallout Tactics (not the burned game) while limiting the main character in solo had to be human, recruits and players in multiplayer could be super mutants, ghouls, deathclaws, dogs & humanoid robot
I want more starts like new vegas, where I'm a completely empty slate with no background aside from an objective. I feel like I have to be righteous coming from a vault, but the courier is just a normal wastelander, so who knows how they were raised to survive.
Yes hands down it would be amazing and even if they do a pre war section again you can have a normal player model for say both the male and female preset and then after you get into the true game world it swaps to the custom ghoul you made
It's wild Skyrom let's you become a Vampire/Wherewolf but Fallout doesn't let you be a Ghoul. Make it where you can can walk in irridated areas but things like Stimpaks 75% less effective or you face 25% increase in cost of goods
Fallout Nuevo Mexico is doing just this, with a completely different start for ghoul players compared to the standard human start. In the future it'd be really neat to have a Supermutant and robot start too, but I understand having to create unique scenarios and gameplay balances for all four potential race options would be tough to implement.
@@Adrian-bm4uv I don't think so we see other humanoid creatures capable of talking and even becoming allies like ghouls and super mutants I think it would actually be nice seeing a intelligent deathclaw bee nice to see one with a German accent
playing as a ghoul would be the best exploring radiated areas and the like.
Definitely but it would also need some ghastly drawbacks

I honestly thank you should be able to choose every race android human ghoul super mutant and even introduce intelligent death claws
