I was at the BHP contest at Port Kembla down at the Gong back in the early eighties all those fucking years ago ,it was Potts and Tom in the final at about six to eight feet and Tom came in first . Two amazing surfers and an awesome final !

Last time i saw this and i listened to him i thought that he was just going off on some random shit..
But this past week I have been surfing twice a day ..its been about 9 sessions now..same board and very similar wave every day.
This is a rare occurrence and gives one a rare perspective of how random things really are most of the time.
And if you don't try to force things that's where creativity truly stems from.
