How to Fix Stuck on Let’s Connect You to a Network When Installing Windows 11 / 10 | Install Windows 11 without Internet | Let's connect you to a network Ethernet not connected
How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11.
1. Press Shift + F10, On the “Oops, you’ve lost internet connection” or “Let’s connect you to a network” page
2. In Command Prompt, type the OOBE\BYPASSNRO command to bypass network requirements on Windows 11 and press Enter. The computer will restart automatically, and the out-of-box experience (OOBE) will start again.
3. Click the “I don’t have internet” option. continue the installation.

If anyone is not able to type in cmd then follow these instructions :
Just press shift + f10 twice to open two command prompt and then switch the tab with Alt + tab .....then you will be able to type ...

Also what worked for me was plugging in a mouse (which made the cursor appear although it was mostly useless) and double clicking in the command prompt window, then I could type inside it

I did that, and when windows installed the Wifi icon was missing.. how could I connect wifi then? Then I had to connect LAN cable through router and had to install all the drivers then it done! Really this thing is annoying from Microsoft ‼️

Then i had to double klick with added mouse to write. I got thru this but still couldn't connect to wifi. I did troubleshooter and it sayd no network adapter. Went to asus page and there was 13 different drives so i started trying them and got lucky with 5th one and it was the solution.

@@Storo.1 I heard the Shift f10 thing doesn't work anymore. it didn't for me. Get to a taskmagr with CTRL+Shift+esc , (use Alt+tab to help show it) then... Step 2: Type taskmgr and press Enter to open Task Manager.
Step 3: Scroll down the process list to find the Network Connection Flow option. KILL it
