    Impressioni di Settembre
Quante gocce di rugiada intorno a me,
cerco il sole ma non c'è…
Dorme ancora la campagna, forse no,
    è sveglia,
    mi guarda,
    non so.
    sale adagio verso me,
    penso a te.
    Quanto verde tutto intorno
    resta fermo come me,
    sono solo, solo il suono del mio passo…;
    English
    September Impressions
So many dew drops surround me
I search for the sun, but it can't be found.
the countryside still slumbers, perhaps not,
    It's awake,
    it watches me,
    I don't know.
Now the odor of earth, the scent of wheat
    waft towards me
and the life in my chest slowly beats,
    I breathe in the mist,
    thinking of you.
Everything around me is so green,
    and farther along
the grass looks almost like a sea,
while my thoughts fly lightly away
I'm almost afraid they'll get lost.
A horse stretches its neck towards the pasture
    It stands still, like me,
    I take a step,
    he sees me,
    and has already run away
I breathe in the mist, thinking of you.
No, what I am now, I do not know.
I am a man, a man in search of himself.
No, what I am now, I do not know.
I am only the sound of my footsteps,
but for now the sun shines through the mist:
the day, as always, will be.

PFM is the greatest Italian rock band of all time, more famous abroad than here in Italy. They collaborated with King Crimson and Keith Emerson and Greg Lake had come to Rome to one of their concerts and were thrilled. The whole album STORIA DI UN MINUTO is a pearl of Italian progrock. Listen to MAESTRO DELLA VOCE, a tribute to the great Demetrius Stratos. I'm glad that around there are still young guys listening to this music, congratulations young friend

An anecdote about the drummer Franz Di Cioccio, on the consideration and esteem he received from people of the caliber of Led Zeppelin: he tells"...It went like this: while we were on tour, many years ago, an article came out in an English newspaper that spoke very well of me, where my style was approached to that of John Bonham: whoever wrote it found similarities especially in the use of case, although I see in me a sort of more 'Latin' Bonham. The fact is that one night Armando Gallo calls me from Los Angeles [journalist and photographer who in '74 served as the press office at PFM for the first tour in the USA] telling me that Led Zeppelin had asked him about me. Let me be clear, there was no audition. I've never met Led Zeppelin: I know that there are different versions of this story, but that's how it went. I don't even remember if Bonham was still alive or not. I think they just wanted to make sure they could track me down. I was very happy, for me it was a great satisfaction, but it is clear that I had my band, I was not interested in embarking on other projects".

I thought I would buy it a long time ago, but I didn't.
I heard it for the first time now.
      It's a good song!

      See Dean wolfe channels
There are some Italian progressive rock reactions.
If you comment on me on that channel, I'll request Italian prog songs.

    Hi Gedo.
Do you know a band called Amenra?
It's kind of a doomy Post Metal Band from Belgium. They've a song called A Mon Ame. One of the most intense songs I've ever experienced. 😅

The original version, 30-year old, was much better, as the voice was obviously more powerful, and the guitar was cleaner
