Majority of coaching industry is just to sell dreams at high prices even if their services are not that worth. I have experienced that in most of local coaching teachers learn jee stuff from youtube for free and just vomit that content in coaching classes making it damn expensive.

Also I got promise of internal marks by coaching and that was the reason I took it, and now they are telling that we have to prepare for Practical exams and they won't give any marks.
I chose normal school in class 11 and 12 and it was hell for my jee preparation teachers gave too much homework😢😢

I Studied In Motion And When I asked Them To Refund my fees ,They challenged me to Sue them And Said They Won't Give me anything.

Harsh truth i also want to be singer artist but i don't have courage to tell my parents about my passion i thinked what they will thunk about ut they will say it is not a career so in pressure i choosed to prep for jee now for 2years I'm preparing but i don't have a little interest in prep i everyday fight with me to do it and very depressed yesterday i harmed myself by punching wall because my exam is on 30 jan i didnt able to prepare for it these is the most depressed phase of my life from the age of 16 I'm preparing for it so you can imagine this is the worst thing to happen
follow your passion, for that first get independent - first get a job, earn, and for depression immediately go to a nearby Art of living centre and enroll for Happiness program, you can also volunteer to sing during the get togethers they organise, there are such easy ways to follow your passion - believe me!!!!

Tbh Harnoor most recent toppers aren't from Kota.They're from other centres including Bangalore,Hyderabad etc and most of them set aside time for their hobbies as well in addition to working hard.I'd say if you put your mind into it you can top Jee from other remote locations .Remote learning gives you more time for other stuff(hobbies) as well.

I studied at unacademy 2023 I joined by seeing pj sir sps sir but they didn't teach us and when I asked for refund they refused making excuses and I was let to study with the teachers they were not so skilled or very new at teaching but somehow I managed my study by online at unacademy app but initially it was very difficult for me later somehow I got decent marks in jee mains and qualified for jee adv but there is very lack of transparency in education system of kota.

We live in UAE and were having reservations in sending our son to Kota after 10th for JEE prep but due to unprecedented situation during covid we decided to enroll him in Allen overseas ,but here the faculty and competition was not at par with the India one. So he left it and enrolled with online classes for JEE prep, in mid of his grade 11. He done his online live classes with the faculty of his choice and also his regular offline school classes.
In his first attempt, he scored 99.7 percentile in JEE mains 2023 and also cleared JEE advance with
decent rank. Also he got 95 % in CBSE grade 12. Currently he is doing his BTech from IIT Kharagpur.
So if u r determined enough you can prepare from anywhere, without going to Kota. Nowdays very good resources are available online too.

@VeryLastChang_ There are so many NRI students in UAE who prefer to study in Indian Premier colleges instead of studying here as they have better infrastructure and faculty also the quality of students. My son wanted to do graduation from IIT so he prepared for it.
Allen opened its overseas branches in GCC countries and UAE is one of them.
99.73 percentile in JEE mains. NRI students can appear for mains exam feom their country of residence but for Advance only India is the center.

Guys I've personally studied in Kota and fortunately was able to study in BITS Goa. Please don't listen to these toxic RUclipsrs nowadays.
