You absolutely need to do what makes you feel best but I’m of the “why have surgeries you don’t need?” mindset. I know that is slightly different for trans people, I know. However, I think you look AMAZING the way you are right now. Seriously, as a biological woman, I wish I looked like you. 😁😘
I just wanted to say that 'need' is a very subjective word. As someone who had a breast reduction, I can say I understand the need to change things that change your self image and help your mental health. I have body dysmorphia. I see myself bigger, taller, fatter than I am told I actually am. The reduction was a mental health need for me. I hope this helps.
@ I don’t disagree with what you’re saying at all. I mean, in general, I don’t love the idea of going under the knife for things that aren’t “necessary”. It freaks me out. I did say that Alexis needs to do what makes her feel best, and I meant it. I also meant it when I said I think she looks amazing! I think we all see ourselves more negatively than the rest of the world does, that’s all. I feel that way about all plastic surgery, not just for trans people. I guess I just wish we could all love ourselves enough to not risk surgical procedures and go through all of the pain of recovery, you know? 💕
I mean, you need to remember sex dysphoria is an internal incongruence between one’s neurological sex and one’s natal sex. It is an ego syntonic pain, not an ego dystonic pain like what body dysmorphia is caused by. This is why transsexuals are uncomfortable with their genitals from a young age before they even know what the opposite sex has down there. Alexis is quite literally a woman born in the wrong body.
I’m so surprised you are having this, I thought you’d already had this done. Your femininity is actually a part of your personality you are a very feminine person. However I do understand that for you this will relieve some of your dysphoria. It is so lovely that you are receiving concerned support from Liam and that you are both aware of the risks of any form of surgery. Good luck in your journey.
Yes would love to "come to along" on your facial feminization journey. This was such an interesting topic, Alexis. Thanks for being so gracious as to share this journey.🤗
Hi Alexis, Trans women I have spoken to who have had FFS are SO glad they had it - it's a game changer for your dysphoria. As one of them put it: 'I had FFS because I hated seeing the ambiguity reflected back at me in other people's eyes.' Take care, Simon UK 🙂
I am on #TeamLiam. You need to be safe above all. Surgery carries so much risk. I hope you only do what is necessary to reduce dysphoria. Good luck and I look forward to seeing the journey!
I’m so surprised you are having this, I thought you’d already had this done. In point of fact you look way more feminine than I ever have done. Your femininity is actually a part of your personality you are a very feminine person. However, I do get it, I hated the profile view of my face and would avoid having my photo taken. It took until I got into my forties before I was happy and confident in my appearance and that took twenty years of reassurance from my husband. I do understand that for you, this will relieve some of your dysphoria and I’m sure everyone else who watches your journey also gets it. It is so lovely that you are receiving concerned support from Liam and that you are both aware of the risks of any form of surgery.
I think you are already beautiful and I don’t think you need the surgery. The difference isn’t really that noticeable. That being said It’s not about what I or anyone else thinks its about what you want. Either way I support you. Just please weigh the risks involved. I know they say the risks are minimal but there’s always a chance of something going wrong. Anytime you go under anesthesia there’s a chance of something going wrong. I hope whatever you decide it make you happy and that you are safe. You are truly a lovely person ❤

I love how this channel attracts the best type of people. Usually the comment section is very respectful and loving and kind 🥰 You’re amazing, Alexis! Best of luck to you on this journey 🫂
This may sound corny, but your happiness is just so infectious. I am thrilled that you had a positive visit to the clinic and the doctor alleviated your fears. Of course, you amazing already but I understand how important it is for you to do what you feel necessary. Would love to be brought along on this journey with you both.....Cheers from Ontario, Canada❤
I truly don't think you need it, but I do understand how it is to get stuck on something and then obsessing about it. For me it was age 14 to 20ish and then I accepted myself more. You're a grown up and can do what makes you happy, just be aware so you don't just find another thing next to change. You're beautiful either way.
You are such a supportive couple, absolutely love your sincere and heartfelt views. I see you both as strong and beautiful people. Alexis you are to me a beautiful woman by telling the Truth ❤❤❤😊
You are already so beautiful! Not saying you shouldn't do it by the way. It will help you feel better with your disphoria as you said. Thank you for sharing your journey and Hi Liam!!
I will very much look forward to your surgical journey. As a RN I love learning about the newest surgical procedures. I personally already think you are a beautiful, beautiful woman! However, if this is something you need or want to do to feel more comfortable in your skin, I am 100% behind you. Sending you big hugs and much love from Ontario, Canada ❤️❤️
Thank you for taking us with you 🙏 The changes are so subtle and yet make a difference. I totally get the not wanting to wear makeup all the time. I'm a biological woman and never wear it. I get misgendered all the time. Do what feels right for you ❤ Liam... you are so supportive and I hope you have someone with you while you have to wait through the surgeries ❤❤
I had surgery to improve my nose. Ever since I was a wee girl, I had a mans nose. It's still bent, but the bump is gone. Many women would die to look as beautiful and feminine as you. Do what makes you happy. I like the photos, and I'm excited for you and Liam ❤
Fascinating. You look stunning already but if you feel you need these finishing touches I wish you all the very best Alexis. I am excited for you! Though it does sound scary. You are a brave lady
Girl same. This over 40 neck is just not the vibe. I dojt have a lot of skin that ages me but losing weight makes the neck skin crepey and it is not the look I want
I honestly think you are gorgeous now. I can barely notice a difference between the before and potential after photos. Wishing you the best in your decision!
I love how the team has a more subtle and natural approach to the surgeries, nothing over the top, just several subtle procedures designed so that you still look like you when it's done. They seem like a great surgical team.
@@reelmermaid8844exactly! Sometimes after face surgeries the person looks like somebody completely different. When my friend’s face became a bit less swollen, she barely changed and changed at the same time 😂
I'm so excited for you! You're absolutely gorgeous anyways but it's whatever makes you happy and more content in your own body! As a fellow Brit I'm so with you Alexis and I think you and Liam (my husband is called Liam too - he has other things in common with your Liam too which I love) are such amazing people 💖
I thought you'd already had facial surgery. Then again, you already had beautiful features. Whatever makes your journey to your happiness better, we fully support. Thanks always to Liam for being the absolute best. Love you, both. That doctor sounded amazing.
I came across the Facial Team web site a couple of years ago and I saved their info in my favourite's links for when my time is right as they stated you need to be over a year on HRT before any surgery is considered, like you I'm going to wait a few years to see how HRT alters things. Can't wait for my day to come. Alexis May all your dreams come true, can't wait for the amazing updates ❤
Firstly you are beautiful, inside and out just as you are! That said, what they were offering are amazingly subtle enhancements, that just seem to bring out more of you. Good luck with whatever you decide to have done.
As a cancer survivor, surgery is something that is scary and should only be done out of necessity. But as someone who has read a lot about transgender issues and gender dysphoria, I know that this is a necessity for you to feel yourself in your body and I am so excited for you. I think you look stunning as is, and when this is done though, it will just be like a final polish, you'll still look like you, but just the best version of you and I hope it just makes you feel complete, your authentic complete self.
I really wanted my face done with them but when I seen the price tag, my heart dropped 🤣 Surgery just isn't possible for me :( Good luck with everything Alexis. You're going to look even more stunning - if you can get anymore beautiful I'm sure this will really help ease anxiety. xxxx
I support whatever you want to do to feel happy and confident, but I just want to say your beautiful as you are now. But I'm excited for you and for whatever you decide to do!🎉🖤🙏
As others have said, if you feel that this surgery would help you feel more comfortable and confident in yourself and help reduce the dysphoria you feel, then this is the right thing for you. I think that you look very feminine and, when I first came across your videos, I had no idea that you were trans until you introduced yourself as a trans woman. Having seen how much happier you look after making your decision to have the surgery and hearing that Liam is happy knowing that the risks are small, I can understand why this is so important to you. It doesn’t matter how we see you and how beautiful and feminine you appear to us, it’s something that you feel is necessary to improve your life. I’m so happy for you that you have found a surgeon and team that you and Liam clicked with and seeing the effect the consultation had on you was so wholesome. I look forward to coming on this journey with you and I am very excited to see how the procedure builds your confidence. Your femininity is apparent in your looks, your personality, your demeanour, your movements, your voice and way of speaking.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us Alexis! I learned a few things today. IMO, you’d get the most from the forehead/eye lift. That really feminizes your face. Good luck! I’m excited for you!
Hi Alexis, I can really concur with not feeling good / triggered about your face and your forehead / profile. It really depresses me that we feel we have to change already beautiful features. O Alexis, you are genuinely gorgeous. I hope they don't change you too much and Liam possibly loses yet another part of you he knew. Good luck with it all.
Oh Alexis, I’m so happy that this is so exciting for you! I hope you can get in soon and get to enjoy the recovery and exploring your new comfortable self! I had a nose job years ago and it was messy, and I was swollen, and it was uncomfortable, but I don’t regret it at all. I wish the same for you and more!
I know it is your nose, your recognition of self. I just want to say that you have a very unique, nice nose. It suits your face. But ultimately you have to look in the mirror and like yourself. I personally think k you’re gorgeous, with or without makeup. The lip tilt is what made your face so less masculine. And remember, there are women who have a more masculine face.. I think of your nose the same as Jennifer Grey. (From Dirty Dancing) When she was younger, she had such a unique nose. It really was so perfect for her face. And many comments and pressure convinced her to get a nose job for more jobs. But it backfired and she received less offers. But she also had problems with it. Not that it will happen to you! No matter, I will still love and support you in your journey. I came for the personality. And the genuine person. :) Hugs
This is amazing! I also had a consult with facialteam and had the before and after photos. Still trying to save up and decide if and what I want done. Looking forwards to coming on this journey with you
You’re beautiful inside and outside. I love how candid you are and your positivity is so refreshing and infectious. This helped me understand the why’s and how’s of this type of surgery. Thank you for this. Looking forward to joining you in this journey!! Best of luck and all my love to you guys!❤
I don't believe you need it but it only matters what you think and need for yourself. I honestly wish you great results and easy fast healing and joy when you see yourself in the mirror. ❤❤❤
Good luck with your surgery Alexis , I think you look so beautiful now and genuinely so feminine! You have a really beautiful face and smile ❤ I hope it brings you so much more happiness and confidence!
I'm so excited for you Alexis! I've seen a few ffs before/after videos and I can certainly see how it helps with disphoria. You are already a beautiful person ❤ your beauty radiates from within. Well wishes to you and Liam and a speedy recovery. 🫂
I was thinking, you don’t need it…but…it’s so subtle yet does make a difference. Happy for you! As an old bio female I’d actually like the same surgeries, all bits I also have an issue with as I’ve aged. Wish my bones got the memo they don’t need to keep growing 😂
I don't know how it feels to be you on the inside, but I think you are already beautiful on the outside. You do you, but I hope that you don't keep going and end up looking like what my my kids described as a "microwaved Barbie doll". How very fortunate you are to be so lovely to start with, to be able to afford the surgery, and to have the wonderful support of your dear Liam. As an older woman with grown children, I can't help but wonder how your mom feels when she imagines your surgery. It sounds like she has really been supportive, but I can't help but think that this might be a bit worrisome for her, even if she doesn't say it. We all want the best for our children and want to be supportive, but sometimes it can be hard. Lots of love 💜
How exciting!! I have never thought you didnt have a face thats fits you, as Alexis, but i can see a difference in the result. Yes please to accompanyimg you on the journey!!
I think you are absolutely stunning as you are. I'm glad that you found a surgeon that made you comfortable since I can only imagine how frightening facial surgery could be. I'm a biological woman so couldn't even begin to understand dysphoria so I commend you for doing what is right for you. For what is going to help you feel better. I sitll think you are beautiful just as you are though. I'm saying this awkwardly and I apologize. 🙄
Aw,that will be exciting for you Alexis. Liam is so supportive of you, bless him,he's a good one. I just want to say that if I had your lovely neat little chin I would be happy and leave it alone. The reason I say this is I unfortunately have a rather sticky out, granny witchy kind of chin naturally, I hate it and have been bullied and teased all my life over it(I'm a biological female in her 60's),absolutely hate my chin, hence I refuse to have photos taken. Your chin is perfect. I'm just saying, and no hate,to me you are perfect and lovely❤
What a beautiful setting! . Look how long your natural hair is!! I can't imagine how you could be more feminine (or beautiful) but I hope this helps you feel more comfortable. Thanks for sharing and of course we want to come along!
If it makes you feel better go for it if you’ve ever seen seen a couple Shay and Amanda Scott over on Instagram and they have like some RUclips stuff going on. She had his done and it really did wonders for him. He’s in Utah so he went to Los Angeles for his surgery, but I’m just saying it made him feel better. It looks really good on him so go for it. I think it’s a really decent way to make you feel better about yourself. Go do it.
I like how what Liam cares about is just the risks Alexis will face.He just wants her safe. Good guy.

Hugs
This is amazing! I also had a consult with facialteam and had the before and after photos. Still trying to save up and decide if and what I want done. Looking forwards to coming on this journey with you
Go for it, Alexis. If it's what you need to do to make yourself more comfortable in your own skin, then you should have the surgery 😘
I can’t imagine you looking at any more beautiful than you are. But if having surgery makes you feel better you do it. Sending all my love. ❤
I love hearing about your journey because you are so real. You are so beautiful already. Your natural hair is so beautiful.
Good luck Alexis, all the love 💝
Thank you so much xxxx
Love this complete your journey!
good luck and hope everything goes well, queen! 👑
I'm so excited for you Alexis! I've seen a few ffs before/after videos and I can certainly see how it helps with disphoria. You are already a beautiful person ❤ your beauty radiates from within. Well wishes to you and Liam and a speedy recovery. 🫂
I am so excited for you! Good luck and you're going to look even more amazing than you already do
I was thinking, you don’t need it…but…it’s so subtle yet does make a difference. Happy for you! As an old bio female I’d actually like the same surgeries, all bits I also have an issue with as I’ve aged. Wish my bones got the memo they don’t need to keep growing 😂
Love this for you! Sending lots of love to both of you!!!!
Congrats, Alexis. I'm happy for you. Good luck!
I thought youd already had it done!❤ youll look incredible
Loved seeing you so happy and excited for this surgery! Wish you the best and will for sure follow your journey
You’re absolutely gorgeous already! 💖💖💖💖 Love you and Liam! ❤️
You already have such a pretty face, just letting you know that you are a beautiful soul either way. 😊
Fascinating...good luck xxx
I love you. Such a great smile and lovely personality.
This is so exciting for you Alexis. I had FFS 18 months ago (in India). It’s life changing! ❤
What changed in your life after it?
So exciting!! Good luck with all of your plans!
How exciting!!
I have never thought you didnt have a face thats fits you, as Alexis, but i can see a difference in the result. Yes please to accompanyimg you on the journey!!
Fascinating! Thanks for sharing with us.
I love to see you so happy!
Hi Alexis hope im with you on your journey x❤
Your hair looks great!
Thanks for sharing this. So very interesting. ❤
I just want to say, you're gorgeous anyway. But so excited for you
Aw,that will be exciting for you Alexis.
Good luck hunk wish you all the very best and a speedy recovery. 💜
Go do it.
