I go no longer than a month without using a deep conditioner. The right rinse out conditioner makes my hair feel just as soft as a DC. The moisture just doesn't last as long.
Another awesome video! Deep conditioning with Influance Rosemary conditioner+ Saran wrap + hair bonnet hood dryer for 20 mins had help the health of my hair tremendously!
Your hair looks hydrated, and healthy. The curls are popping even before styling which indicates how well the hair is hydrated. I use AG Boost, & Innersense Hydrating conditioner but just recently started deep conditioning at least monthly again.
I use what’s marketed for my hair (or Ayurveda). I don’t use products for dry, brittle, or damaged hair because that’s not what I have. Deep conditioners are a once a month or two month thing for me. They make for a nice self care/spa day 🧖🏾♀️ I mainly use rinse out conditioners.
In general, for most products I've used the deep conditioners produce a better level of conditioning. My hair feels much softer to the touch and more moisturized after using the right deep conditioner. Very few rinse-out conditioners give me good results after having used them. I will let you know of an awesome rinse out conditioner that is is from The Doux line of products. It is called Fresh RInse and it is awesome. When paired with their shampoo (Sucka Free) it produces great softness in the hair and a high level of moisture. Thanks NappyFu for this great information!
Hey Stranger, good nuggets of wisdom as usual. I oft times would use a regular cond, a DC, and a leave-in on top of that. Especially if the products smell good. I'm about to embark on the NONB 30-Day Detox (See Some Curls) and will be doing only the DC in the trio for starters. Just purchased the products and they all smell amazing. Stay Blessed🙏🏽🙂💚
I just used rise out conditioner, banana, avocado and fenugreek and coconut oil. I sit under the heat and I have doing this for a while and it work for me. I got all my product on line and in USD and I live in Australia. So it too expensive for me to keep buying deep conditioner. Your girl isn't work. So one have to do, what they gonna do.
I find it quite distracting because she switches too often. I would be quite fine with the video done in entirely one accent (don't care which she chooses) but the frequent changes are quite annoying 😄
Just started my hair journey and I want to know if using conditioner makes your hair easier to comb. I'm african and I have 100% PURE type 4c hair..so it's really tough to comb even when wet, and immediately I pull the comb through my hair, it shrinks back down..I'm talking not less than a minute after I comb through, my hair be looking flat as hell due to the shrinkage. Will conditioner reduce the shrinkage and make it easier to comb? I'm literally on my way to the store rn to get some..I also want to know if it's necesarry to get regular rinse out conditioner if you already have deep and leave in conditioner🙏
Newbie here, what then is the place of a leave-in conditioner? I now understand by this video that there are 3 types of conditioners: rinse out, deep & leave-in (which us not discussed). If you're still going to rinse them off, do the moisture benefits still apply? And if you're still going to apply a leave-in, why bother with rinse-offs? Could anyone please help me with this? Thank you 😊
Hello 👋🏿 just out of curiosity do you have a son by the name Anthony Dyson nicknamed Spanky. I went to school with him and we use to talk in 2020 to 2021 and lost contact a little after my mother died last year.
I don't condition at all actually! I do use diy masks occasionally but never store bought conditioner. My hair feels stronger and not oversaturated. I suppose if I use harsh store bought shampoo then I'd have to condition, but I don't use that either lol Oh and I only detangle with a little oil and damp hair after I finish washing 🎵
I feel like if you have a good leave in, deep conditioning is a waste of time and money. I will still use a deep conditioner, but I wont leave on for more than 5-10 minutes.
Great information! I rarely use a rinse out conditioner anymore. My deep conditioner does all the heavy work I need.

I haven’t deep conditioned in over a year only rinse out, My hair is thriving! Saves a lot on money.
YES
Loving a weekday post. Your posts are packed with knowledge. Couture is looking good.
Can you do a rinse out conditioner first and then do a deep conditioner?

I started to deep condition my hair in the shower with a cap on while the steam is all going . It helps so much and it feels amazing

I mainly use rinse out conditioners.
I'm now moving in that direction

Deep conditioner once a week with heat for 20 minutes. Rinse out conditioner if I have gone swimming and it's not my regular wash day.
I use Vo5 rinse out conditioner to detangle and deep conditioner after I shampoo.
Which one do you use??
@@mayasheartdesiire I forget the exact type but there is a green one that I think is specifically for detangling

I've gotta get back to my deep conditioner regimen... fell off track when times got hard 😞. Ur hair looks healthy and beautiful Grace! blessings 💝
I usually deep conditioner before I do a blow out and after I take my braids out
I deep condition then after I rinse that out I then use a rinse conditioner is that okay or too much?
Hey Sis Hey ❤ I use deep conditioner before I wash, as an overnight steam treatment. Then use a hydrating one as a rinse out.
I mainly use deep conditioners. If I use my rinse out conditioner, then I'm probably doing an oil rinse.

😂I always love the accents she uses! Thanks Nappy, really informative.

What category would you put leave in conditioner in and is it good to put in your hair everyday or is it even good for your hair

How often should we deep condition our hair ?

Did you cut your hair????

Turn the water off when applying products. 😶 🌍🌎🌏 😶
She’s paying for it, not you. Also there’s no such thing as global warming. It’s a farce that’s pushed by lunatics.
