Mam in question number 101 ...Now the latest values had come so acc to that sedentary women calorie is 1660 ....so if we add up 600 ..so final ans would be 2250 kcal / day
What to do for such questions?? Shall we follow latest guidelines that reach us asap through internet/marrow/prepladder but book edition isn’t changed so fast
