This video is a review of the Clinique Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator Broad Spectrum SPF 25. The shade I bought is called Universal Light but I cannot find that shade anywhere, which is strange, but looking online the exact same shade is called Light on the Sephora website. This video is not sponsored and I purchased this product with my own money.

Clinique is worth the money in my opinion.
What is the shelf life of this product?
I got this one from America but the shelf life or expiry date is not mentioned on the product.
Usually for foundation it’s about six months to a year after opening it. I noticed that Clinique did not put the PAO (period after opening) symbol on this foundation, which is frustrating. Also, it’s good to note that if you ever notice that the product you are using changed in appearance for example the texture, color, or smell, then that product is likely expired and you should throw it out.

Goes on dry and is not particularly sheer. Matte finish when I was hoping for a dewy look.
Which color is it?
The color I got is called Universal Light. Also, I’ve been applying this using my fingers lately instead of a beauty sponge and I just love how it looks on my skin. Thank you so much for watching my video.
great review. Does hair tend to stick to the face during wear? Not mask friendly I imagine?
Thank you Angela! Not really, it gets absorbed into the skin pretty well, but if you are on the combination or oily side I would set it with powder. It doesn't completely come off when wearing a mask, but if I wear a cloth mask there is more transfer than with a regular mask.
What do You use for serum, hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, SPF, setting powder , concealer, blush and which cleanser do You remove this with?
Can it be used every day like a moisturizer or not ?
I consider this makeup, so I would still apply a moisturizer and spf before using this product. I also checked the Clinique website and they recommend using a moisturizer underneath. This does add hydration to the skin and gives the skin a dewy look but it doesn’t replace a moisturizer. Let me know if this helps.

Just bought it and it’s so dry and matte. Hate it. I thought I was getting something that was actually sheer. This is not. Goes on dry and keeps looking dry. Nothing dewy about it.

If you are looking for something that can give you a bit of coverage, a bit of moisture and some SPF coverage then yes, I would say give this a try. It really evens out the skin tone, just keep in mind it is not a medium or high coverage product. I would say it is more of a light coverage. I really do love this one.

I have been really enjoying it. Although, I do apply some spf in addition to this sheertint just to make sure I get a good level of protection.
