Good sample Saturday video Vin.👍I always clean my whisky glasses by hand in fresh clean water. Have a great weekend, Slàinte vin.

Very nice review. Just to add to Andrew's comment, which is spot on. Noble Rot is the beneficial form of a grey fungus, Botrytis cinere and only affects ripe grapes. It is nice to see reviews of whiskeys not very well known, even if I can never find it. Cheers.

Just FYI: Sauternes is a sweet French white wine made from grapes (not strawberries - wherever did you get that idea?) - specifically Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc and Muscadelle - that have been affected by 'noble rot', which concentrates the sugar in a similar way to frost for Eiswein/ice wine. Oh, and the "s" at the end is silent, so it sounds more like "saw tare n"...

You know what, I have absolutely no idea where the strawberries thing came from 🤷 this is the main issue with the SS videos, distinct lack of research

Cask Share is majority owned and run by Bill Dobbie, the same guy that majority owns Isle of Rasaay distillery, via R&B Distillers. He just buries his stake in a company called CHANROSSA GROUP LIMITED.....hence using this Cask Share company to "push" Rasaay single malt.
