Great advice. I did the STP in 1999 and I was 40-ish years old. My training consisted of one 35 mile hill ride. I'm going to be 63 for the 2025 STP and I'm already training. I was young and stupid back then, now I'm just old and stupid but recognize my limitations. So much has changed since then, but with 20+ years behind me now since my first STP, I need to be training..... hard....
Just the usual tip asking to say hello or spin the hub or whatever you want to do to let me know you've hopped on my wheel, and then a pretty please not to overlap my back wheel
Haha this is for tubeless tire set ups. You can either do it through the valve stem or directly. A bike store should be able to get you sorted quickly if you don't have the means yourself!
Try to thank as many volunteers as you can while out there. They make this ride happen! Great positive encouraging video again, Hanoch -- nice work.
Are you riding STP this year? Were any of my tips helpful? What else would you want your fellow riders to know? See you out there!
To make sure that they announce themselves before they overtake you 🥹

Great work! So glad you all had a good ride.
Awesome stuff. Enjoy your ride!
Enjoy your ride! Be safe
Thanks for the Di2 charge reminder. I always charge my battery at the beginning of each month, but it's good to be extra sure for STP!
Yeah 😂 reminder to do both things I've failed at before and ended rides early
Thank you and see you on the road for 1 day! Watch out for team geranium (we have red flowers on our helmets)!
see you all out there
See you on the road tomorrow!
Maybe see you at spanaway again!
Packing the car now!!
Have a safe drive and ride
I will be there on my Brompton!
That's awesome. Which Brompton? 1 Day or 2?
I’ll be doing this over 2 days. M6R with -12% gearing. British racing green. It was really convenient when traveling up by Amtrak.
Bonne route!

See you tomorrow 😊
See you tomorrow! Have a good ride
For two day riders: you may need portable power pack to recharge your phone, bike computer, etc.
Let's goooo
You got this!
Just a comment/request: if you see any messed-up Dan Henry's, please call it in to the Ride Support number so a volunteer can get out and fix them
Not related to STP, but do you have a link to that bike stand?
Where and how you refill the sealant?😭
