  • Haven't done this for a while. Tour with Ne Obliviscaris is coming up soon in MAY around Australia, so I'm getting back into my endurance workouts. I've never done 215 bpm for 10 minutes so I'll see if I can pull that off next.
    Gear:
    Czarcie Kopyto double pedal
    Pearl drums snare stand
    Pearl drums kick drum practice pad
    Reflexx practice pad
    Vic Firth Rock sticks
    Luna the husky always sleeps next to me when I'm practicing, she doesn't mind at all :)
    I proudly endorse Pearl drums, ZIldjian cymbals, Vic Firth sticks, Remo drumheads, Footblaster triggers and Czarcie Kopyto pedals.

      Man your foot technique is amazing!!! So precise and clean. I’m working my way to that. Wish the cam was close up to see your technique and movement. Can you please do a close vid? 🤙🏼😁

      @@zdzisekadamiuk22 agreed lol, currently at 150bpm for 10mins, there are worlds between me and playing like that xD I bet simply doing drum workouts won't be enough, an overall fitness regimen might help a lot with that. Dan's the man :D

    Hey Dan, i was watching one of your covers (decapitated), and it seems that years ago your technique was a bit different, (more leg movements, more "power" and beater rebound aswell apparently), did you change anything about your playing ?

    • @DanPresland
      @DanPresland  5 лет назад +3

      not really, definitely more power now days especially with the czarcie pedals. this really isnt a good example of power as I'm definitely not going for that, haha. I'd be cooked at the end of this
