Don't feel too bad. I got scammed on one of those anti-gravity lamps that looks like water flows upwards. They shut the site down after responding to one email saying shipping was delayed and never heard or found them again.
He so burning mad, you can see the steam when he talks!! Glad PayPal took care of you and shut that scammer down, but you know that scammer will just do it again under another ad and webpage.
I saw that same add losi super rock rey for 90 bucks 10 months ago and i almost did it myself till i realized it kept popping up on diffrent wierd a$$ sites and i was like dang it this a scam all day. I ALMOST took it in the toukis like yall did lmao😄 RCMAXGANG for life son! Get yourself a 1/5 Baja 🤘😎🤘
We have 3 baja and MAYBE a fourth coming 😁. I was 99% this was a scam, and that's the reason I used PayPal. Worked out for me, but I'm sure some got screwed!

My wife bought 3 pairs of shoes on facebook they sent one shoe not a pair but ONE shoe it took me 9 months to get my $105.00 back and paid with paypal but the money came out of my bank! Paypal did nothing because tracking showed i recieved a package in the end my bank got me my money back! Long story short my wife doesnt order anything off facebook anymore

Paypal has gotten absolutely useless since everyone dropped them.
Paypal wasn't the issue. The seller was. They wouldn't respond. Paypal did everything within their SLA.
