The quality of plastic is different . Hpi is the better of the two . My rovan shock tower broke after a simple drop . When I change to the Hpi shock tower no issues .

We did the race with the 29cc Rovan and it dusts the HPI. 469 on ebay....

I bought the dyno glow pro 135,000 its black n orange but home depot sent me the grey dyno glow proffesional 95-135,000 the one i ordered was only 135,000 btu the one they sent me has a hi n low switch that u can switch it from 95,000 to 135,000 to me its just one more thing to go wrong cus im just gonna run it full blast for my garage anyway id hate to go thru the trouble of returning it so im just keeping it what would you do would u keep it or send it back? The only difference i see other than the one i ordered is called dyno glow PRO 135,000 btu n it is black n orange and the one i got is grey n it has the hi low switch and is called dyno glow proffesional 95,000-135,000 other than that its seems to be the same except it has a hi n low switch. What would u do would u keep the one they sent u or send it back difference being it has a hi n low switch?

I recommend using good quality 2 stroke oil for this bad quality oil will foul your spark plog in no time , I use motul 800 2t oil so far works super good

Just bought mine and all I can say the car has a lot of power but some parts will needs to be replaced very soon. The drive shaft pins broke on me literally the second day I used it . Rovan sent me brand new pins and drive shafts with better quality than the original ones tho . Also one thing you most do is putting blue lock tie on all the bolts especially the (exhaust bolts) and tighten them into place ( if you don’t do it things will come apart and you will lose some parts) don’t ask me how I know. Retighten the wheel nuts every time you use the car, if you don’t you’ll lose the wheel nuts

I run slicks on pavement. Let’s go any day. Og 23 cc 5b. Kinda modified. Good fuel new carb. Whatnot. lol. Do cop driving on a dime it crazy smooth. Slicks On blacktop. Amazing. I’ll make some videos it leaves tire marks in the turns. Big power. 23 cc rollin high.

I got one of these with the AMS racing AFM delete kit I bought after I had a lifter collapse 30 days after buying the truck. I've only used it to disable the AFM after rebuilding the engine with the LS lifters and haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I'm definitely going to have to check out the 87 and 93 octane performance settings. 👌👍

Kinda surprised that it's so slow. I was thinking about getting this one but now I think the 36cc may be the way to go. 40-50mph seems like the sweet spot. What elevation are you at? I live at sea level so I'd guess I'd get more power.

While this video is old I'll never understand why people buy these rovan motors.You can get a real 32cc zenoah for almost the same price and have a faster more reliable engine from Japan..

Has anyone come across an error code “COMP FIN”? One channel stops the cycle and displays that. I can’t find any reference to that anywhere (not even the manual)

I don't know why u bot a bigger engine wen all u need to do is bore it out to a bigger piston it a lot cheaper than that way u went about it

I just purchased one but I’m the instruction manual it doesn’t say what the fuel mixture should be or any break in instructions. If you don’t mind me asking. Could you steer me in the right direction for fuel mixture and the break in process?
