We love the Plush and Latex for Less beds we have reviewed 4. the comfiest could be Saatva but its not fully organic but I dont care. we have lots of reviews so let me know if you have any questions.
Which bed is this one? I’m considering avocado because I’m currently using their firm organic latex topper on my one year old s&f mattress and I’m actually really liking it. They have the medium version and the box top which is ultra plush. Which one is this one you reviewed? I’m between avocado and a smaller company

Great review! I am super sensitive to temp. I have a tempurpedic breeze but it still gets super hot so looking at potentially getting one of this avocado. How cool are they really? Is there any other hybrid mattress out there that is cooler?
these are pretty good at sleeping cool but the firmer the bed the better at sleeping cool they are. I think to really sleep cool, you need that eight sleep pod pro. Did you see those videos?

I don't know why but you are the second person I know of that is saying it smells. I have had mine for a while and just got a second one. I think the wool might smell but I would have assumed it would be from being wet. I will let you know if i experience that issue. Thank you for letting me know.

My husband is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. I like it to have some softness. Would this work for both of us? It doesn't have to be super soft, just not so hard to where it feel like a wall against my hip and shoulders. Thanks
My apologies in the beginning of the video you mention that out of all the other organic bed you listed to them they said only this one and the other one was organic and I couldn’t quite tell what the name of it was is there anyway you could let me know
i have not tried the sleep number but i would think the avocado is nicer since its not just air but springs. check our our current black friday videos for the best deals i found too. i found a great organic bed that might be cheaper.
A 25 year warranty isnt actually 25 years. MOST ALL mattress retailers offer some forme of a a 365 guarantee. You have a coupon code, how convenient! Lol.
oh yeah I keep hearing my coupon doesn't work so I was probably not making any sales but I find this company very reliable and reputable. I dont think you would want the bed for 25 years but maybe 12-15 I think.
Oh man those are my 3 favorites. I would say the Saatva is the most comfy overall but its not really organic. I think they are all very good and you would like them all i think. Be sure to look in the descriptions i often get deals too.
I'm stuck between avocado plush(maybe not so much after reading your comments on the bottom?), the ghost bed(plush luxe) Nolah signature 12, brentwood(oceano). I have a tempurpedic and I wake up achy, plain in my bones, it doesn't relieve pressure, and my body feels bruised. I also have back pain constantly. I like to sleep on my side and my back. 🤌I think I need something firm but not too firm or not too plush. I use to have the tuff and needle mint bed and it was such a disaster I would constantly wake up with pain and it went on for years until I finally switch to tempurpedic but now after a year I'm having problem with the bed 😭 we only got it because my so really liked the bed.
Hi Alura, that sounds a lot like my friend who just found out she has fibromyalgia. She said she feels like she is bruised all the time from all the different beds and wakes up often. So, i just sold her a Plush Nolah evolution and she said it helps but it isn't perfect. For me, i had back pain from sitting all day but after working out and strengthening my butt and core, now i no longer have any back pain. I hope one o these heps you.
oh really? I still love ours. the Eco from them is pretty similar. Even if it lasts 10 years, I would be happy since it feels so good and it's organic. I think it is built like a tank and our guests love it too. After 7 years of testing beds, this one is a keeper it think.
First of all when I got this mattress it had a toxic smell for 3 months!!😮 Second of all I cant sleep on my back with this mattress at all I send up sleeping in my son or my daughter room horrible!!! Paid so much $$$$ for garbage
Sorry if you did not like it. I can tell you its my personal favorite bed of 2019. I am reviewing other beds but i will definitely be coming back to this one. Its amazing and super healthy and eco friendly and its just pretty expensive so some people can't afford it which i understand.
eric lund oh yeah I will do more and compare it to other hybrids. It’s super nice! It’s hard to compare it to others that are not hybrid since it’s more expensive than them. This is great bed though.

They are not nonsense. These standards inform multiple industries for green certification and they are very stringent on what classifies. They are not made up, and construction uses them as well for many products.

@Listen On slats...FYI to qualify for the warranty avocado makes you buy a specific bed with certain slats sizes/measurements which a lot of beds don't come with that. So it was a pain to find a bed that met their requirements. Even after buying a bed with their requirements, the warranty return policy took forever. They purposely for few months kept delaying it.

We review a new bed every month so this is our honest opinion. Have you seen our organic bed comparison video where we put this one up against all the organic beds we have?
Probably mad because they have polypropylene on top and bottom of coils and thinks it means something 😂. Every mattresses has it. Comes with the top of the line bolsa coils. People are literally blaming that on coils not moving independently. It's ridiculous. Ignore

Ours has been perfect! we constantly switch between it and the Saatva. Maybe you should return it, then consider getting the Saatva we got?
I just received two twin avocado toppers - one plush & one firm & I feel the same way! They are really smooshed, crushed, floppy, crushed corners... and, it was pretty expensive....
Are you guys a side/stomach or back sleeper first of all? I am a stomach sleeper with a bad back due to a herniated disc. I'm 5'8 160 in weight and I am looking for a mattress that is firm or medium firm. What are your thoughts and concerns?
I am a combo sleeper and I sleep on my stomach and sides often. This bed is pretty firm so it is great for stomach sleeping. It keeps my back aligned in that position. I prefer firmer beds.
@@AM2PMReviews so you guys went the Vegan and really like it b/c my other choice was the Winkbed Luxury Firm since they were rated the # 1 stomach sleeping mattress for 2021..
I heard that delivery is expensive. Is that true ?
I thought it was free. check the site and let me know.
Thanks for the review,! Did you notice any odors or smells when you first unboxed? Thanks!
Not at all Michelle. I think some people smell a wool smell but we have not.
@@AM2PMReviews well if you have the vegan mattress, you wouldnt have wool to smell...
Terrible wool smell :(
One week of airing out without sheets and still smells up my entire bedroom. Did yours resolve?
Great job on the review. We don't need vegan, just free of toxins. How does this compare to the Naturpedic bed? Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏
Hi Jeff you are welcome. We have done a few videos on this bed and we have two of them still and love them. I have not tried the naturedic. They didn't send us one to review. I try to review beds that are similar and a video comparing our organic beds. Have you seen that?
My husband is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. I like it to have some softness. Would this work for both of us? It doesn't have to be super soft, just not so hard to where it feel like a wall against my hip and shoulders. Thanks
Yes, absolutely. this is the bed we sleep on currently and its great.
Is it heavy like the purple.
oh yea! Super heavy and well built. See the price in the description? It has gone down a little in price. Its the bed I sleep on the most.
My apologies in the beginning of the video you mention that out of all the other organic bed you listed to them they said only this one and the other one was organic and I couldn’t quite tell what the name of it was is there anyway you could let me know
See our comparison video here: We will go over them all. ruclips.net/video/_KU7aGnOr5E/видео.html

yes we were trying not to laugh.
I'm poor af but I saved up for this thing, I'm so excited to try it out after sleeping on an old hand me down for 8 years lol.
oh how is it? let me know!
@@AM2PMReviews its really nice. It's pretty firm though so I put a topper on it, I'm going to save up for an avacado mattress topper next lol
Sleep number i8. Or the avocado????
i have not tried the sleep number but i would think the avocado is nicer since its not just air but springs. check our our current black friday videos for the best deals i found too. i found a great organic bed that might be cheaper.
Did you ever review a wink bed innerspring?
not yet I will ask them.
Awesome review, I know Intellibed has a 25 year warranty, wonder vwhat you think of them?
oh i should reach out to them for a review.
I hated there bed that I got I was like to light to even sink into the mattress, and I'm 160lbs, it was like sleeping in the floor
You guys every feel the tufts when laying down to go to sleep?
I have not. Have you?
AM2PM No. I was watching a review, and they had said that a few people had complained about them. That was the main thing that had made me hesitant.
I do. And I woke up with a sore spot on my arm . I'm a heavy 160 lb side sleeper tho. So maybe that's why?
@@jessieg5502 I appreciate the reply. I dont know thats why. I felt them on my back on Aireloom mattresses when just laying on them in the store.
@@Prophecy23JC People are nuts
I want avocado bed so bad but I’m a small side sleeper and I need a 3-4 softness :/ bummer
oh yeah we love it now and sleep on it most but it is would be firmer for you. Maybe look into a latex bed?
You guys are the cutest couple
thank you.
Great review!! Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching!
How is it vegan if there is wool in it?
they have a vegan version of the bed.
Some mattresses aren’t Vegan?
wool
Yeah i think they have another bed that is specifically vegan if you need it. check it out in the link. I should have been more clear.
In your opinion, what mattress is more sex friendly?
Something heavy and springy probably like a Hybrid bed. This Avocado is super heavy and has more spring so it will be GREAT!
AM2PM Haha! You guys are awesome. Wanted to see if you would answer the random questions.
What about the double taxation for being manufactured in California flat tax, plus franchise tax equal higher prices passed down to the consumer.
I am not sure about that. Is that a problem?
This or Saatva or amore Lux Hybrid?
25 years warranty BUT only if there’s a 2” sagging! That’s absurd!
oh really? I still love ours. the Eco from them is pretty similar. Even if it lasts 10 years, I would be happy since it feels so good and it's organic. I think it is built like a tank and our guests love it too. After 7 years of testing beds, this one is a keeper it think.
A bed made for Nikado Avocado.
who is that?
First of all when I got this mattress it had a toxic smell for 3 months!!😮 Second of all I cant sleep on my back with this mattress at all I send up sleeping in my son or my daughter room horrible!!! Paid so much $$$$ for garbage
wow i didn't have that with any avocado i have had. I think i have had 3 or 4 of them.
Must be horrible to sleep with pillows that have steel coils in them. You two or three times said they have everything in them that the bed has, so...
there is no steel coils in the pillows. Just the mattress.
Lmfao steel? There's no pillow with steel
Like to many other people on here you went with a lot of talking and not real review.
Sorry if you did not like it. I can tell you its my personal favorite bed of 2019. I am reviewing other beds but i will definitely be coming back to this one. Its amazing and super healthy and eco friendly and its just pretty expensive so some people can't afford it which i understand.
I too, would like to see a review taking more about how it sleeps compared to other mattress’s on side and back.
eric lund oh yeah I will do more and compare it to other hybrids. It’s super nice! It’s hard to compare it to others that are not hybrid since it’s more expensive than them. This is great bed though.
Watching all the lack of firmness has totally lost my interest.
May be good for someone who wants a something squishy.
oh its pretty firm. I would say its built like a tank. its not like a rock but you don't sink in a lot. I have trying their latex version and its even firmer. great for back sleepers.
4:53 😂😂😂😂😂
hahaha yes we were like "act like you are sleeping" she was cracking up!
@@AM2PMReviews this year's Oscar's is hers for sure, I don't see anyone standing a chance! 😂 seriously, that was a nice touch of you not editing it, really gave the video more authenticity and a 'warm' vibe, loved it! great work
It sounds like you pay a ton extra for a bunch of nonsense organic certifications.
Yes to some degree. I am re-reviewing it now and going to compare it to the other natural beds and organic beds. I think its expensive but it is made like a tank and has a lot going for it too. If you really want to be ecofriendly and want to be extra healthy and have a killer bed, this is your bed. If you want to save a few hundred bucks but still want a good bed Happsy is great and Amore Natural i love too
25 yr warranty as well
They are not nonsense.
These standards inform multiple industries for green certification and they are very stringent on what classifies.
They are not made up, and construction uses them as well for many products.
It's built like a tank ans hand tufted bro
Oh he did the poke
whats the poke?
@@AM2PMReviews Heh
It may be “the best money can get” as far as disposable bed-in-boxes go. If you want a real mattress, get a Vispring, Hästens or Savoir
I guarantee this is just as good or better. It is built like a brick! Maybe those are more comfy though. Organic materials seem to be firmer.
I once read in an article Hastens is the brand Tom Cruise has in his whole house (:
Never heard those brands after looking them up I'm leaning towards Hastens
Seems sponsored 😐 what normal consumer shares THIS many facts. Is it comfortable and worth the money or not like ...
Hi Ethan, not sponsors...however, I am now an affiliate since the Avocado is awesome. We just did a video comparison of all the organic and natural beds we have tried. You can compare this to others in that video. I just wrote down a list of all kinds of stats since people who would want this bed, might want know the details.
My husband purchased this bed 3 years ago and we moved states and we had to bring it with us because we just can’t sleep on any other bed but this. We’re very happy with it 😊 it’s Definitely a good company
AVOID AVOCADO MATTRESS!!! This overpriced mattress was a nightmare. Took few months to receive it, then within a year, it started sinking, and we started getting body pain. The warranty process was so long and complicated we ended up just donating the mattress. What a waste of $3,000. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. It's very unfortunate because I had high hopes for this so called organic mattress company! Biggest wasteful purchase of our lives!
Oh gosh thanks for your thoughts on the matter. I want one but now I’m rethinking it… can I ask what you put it on? Was it a flat surface? Box spring?
@Listen On slats...FYI to qualify for the warranty avocado makes you buy a specific bed with certain slats sizes/measurements which a lot of beds don't come with that. So it was a pain to find a bed that met their requirements. Even after buying a bed with their requirements, the warranty return policy took forever. They purposely for few months kept delaying it.
we love ours. we have a few and they are in the guest bedrooms and guests seem to love them too. i hope you got your money back. Ive never heard of anyone having issues with them until this comment.
Gross commercials, boycott this crap.
what commercials played?
It's not vegan, the vegan version is.
ahahah
I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. There is no support and every time your spouse moves, you will be woken. There needs to be more reviews about the negative aspects of this mattress. I understand the mattress is organic, which is what I wanted, but the mattress itself sucks.
I like Avocado a lot. Its built like a tank... but my favorite bed is a Saatva i think.
@@AM2PMReviews Saatva is beautifully constructed. I've just had issue with one in the past with pain in my back. I honestly want to give it another shot but get it up tbe stairs because it comes full size. Getting thes down are a nightmare. Had to break my banister. My ceiling drops down. Not looking foward to getting down my Dreamcloud. Almost impossible but not because you can squeeze it down which take a hakf hour. Getting it up would ne impossible. It would stick. Reason I'm getting rid of it, its a frigging rip off.
The old one was amazing. They had a gorgeous cover, edge foam support around coils, a latex layer mixed in which is only one who uses latex and memory foam. Which was perfect. And, had tufted
All those things are now gone, literally. They removed all of tjsoe features. And with a cheaper blue cover color too. And it's 500 more than. And now its made in China. Didn't even expand all the way. Loose around the coils that i can feel with your hands because ni edge foam around them too. To say I'm pissed off is an understatement
Upspeaking.
what is that?
The worst mattress ever. Hard as a board and sinks, too. Beautiful though, that’s about it.
really? we have not had any issues and find it comfy.
You (hopefully) spend a third of your life in bed. I'm comfortable (no pun intended) making a significant investment. You get what you pay for. That's why we have credit cards.
Yeah this is a nice one!
You keep you bed for 25 years after doing all kind of stuff in bed
what?
Paid Review. Basically a commercial
Hey Sean, Nope this is not a paid video. They sent us a bed but we were not paid. If we were paid we would have to mention that it was sponsored due to FTC guidelines. We review a new bed every month so this is our honest opinion. Have you seen our organic bed comparison video where we put this one up against all the organic beds we have?
The company is disgusting and their product is disgusting.
Why what happened? I love my avocado.
Probably mad because they have polypropylene on top and bottom of coils and thinks it means something 😂. Every mattresses has it. Comes with the top of the line bolsa coils. People are literally blaming that on coils not moving independently. It's ridiculous. Ignore
@@el34glo59 I just see cotton and wool and not much else. The coils are recycled steel.
What a waste of time. Who GAF about the pillows? You both shared exactly no info at all.
Hi Jake, what kind of info would you like? I can answer any questions for you. It is a super comfy bed and very well built and it is vegan and organic and has all of the certificates that I have heard of. The only competitor at the price range is Happsy which we have also reviewed. Cheaper organic beds are not always organic but more just natural materials. I love the Amore Natural as well its super similar to the Avocado.
