To avoid that cut in your finger, after the corn is cut in half, lay it cut side down, then cut. MUCH easier!
I was thinking the same but then I saw their reply to another comment that it doesn't work that well and it's easier to cut it standing

Why would you cut the corn with it standing up? Lay it flat and cut it. It's much safer that way.
It cuts easier that way, I've tried laying down but it doesn't work as well. :)

should have a trigger warning on the injury bit. it wasn't that bad but the thought of it is enough to give nightmares to people with anxiety.

200 Celsius for 20 minutes. After re-basting, another 5 to 10 minutes.
Why not dunk the corn instead of brushing on the sauce?
You can dunk if you want to :D

you can boil the corn so you can cut it easier
The thing is that the corn will be softer but the stem (middle part) will still be very hard..
Boil first let go cool then cut, Easy to cut, curves better in the oven and you cook it less time.
This all veg, why the gloves? It's give me the creeps. You don't need the gloves here.
I had a skin condition when filming it, nasty skin and food don't really go together 😅
