Garth was originally writing this song to be funny about a guy from LA who dreamt of being a bull rider, but as the writing went on the meaning of the song changed. The songs more about the wife than the bull rider, and while it was definitely hard on lanes wife, she’s doing fine today

Bryan thanks man! You did awesome to finally upload the official version of this pleasing song! 🙂 You know i have always found cheyenne to be interesting, but sometimes i wonder what exactly garth's underlying meaning about this song could be in reference to. 🤔 All i know is he can cheer you up with some remarkable country song's he's made through the year's, but unfortunately lot's of people have became disappointed that he supports obama and biden since he's pretty much a democrat. 😕 Me personally though i have always thought of him as a laid-back cowboy who can raise hell and go crazy and get rowdy/wild at his awesome concerts! 🤠 👢 🎵 🎶 🏟 Nowadays he may be more settled while performing but he draws a lot of roars from the crowd when he sings calling baton rouge, good ride cowboy, the river which i love for sure knowing the song is majestic and even james taylor loves it knowing he inspired garth to make that song, the dance, and yes friends in low places! 🦝 🤠 👢 🐴 🌊 💃 🕺 🫂 👫 👬 👭 😏 ❤️ It's great knowing he gets up-close and personal with his fan's in the crowd and at meet and greets to share wonderful stories and experiences.😀 📖 By the way man try not to get this removed or be careful of the haters on here who try to report the good things like this! 🙄 Ugh hate it when youtube wants to remove all the stuff that is amazing! And by the way i hope garth gets to come to mississippi 1 day to sing for all of us and bring us a hell of a great time! 🏖 ⛰️
