Nice workout and beautiful pump and good to take a nap and awesome nutrition. I like making my egg omelette with broccoli or tomatoes and onions. I enjoy cottaage cheese but eat it infrequently. And, I'm trying ot eat more cucumber. I too suffer from my smoke alarm going off, not as frequently as it used to, but be careful using low smoke point oils and maybe more ventilation if poassible. Nice to see that pretty smile and eyes. :)
Nice video my friend, I do similar workouts during my push day. Do you also do chest fly's or do you normally replace them with the smith machine chest press?

This is the workout order ? Won't it be hard to train the chest again after shoulder & triceps ?
No you’re right! Normally I would do smith machine chest press earlier in the session before triceps! It was just busy this day 😅
