      Grace Jade it’s not as exhausting as the original Nina one, but the moves in this video are more complex and test your balance and agility more than the first. The first seems to focus more on endurance and plyometrics work.

    The thing I love about these workouts is that I'm never focused on how much time is left. This is a challenging but great workout!

    A co-worker and I (both teachers) put on our sneakers and did this workout with our students today at lunch time! We moved chairs and desks to the side and by the end we were all happy, exhausted and sweaty. Thanks for helping our Grade 7s get their physical activity in for the day, Les Mills!

      Do they really help I have issue when I do jump and jacks or high knees my feet burn so bad

      @@janisedanae8221 have you considered orthotics for your shoes? I have the same problem, the burning on the soles of my feet, but orthotics in my sneakers has really helped. You could also modify the high knees to marching on the spot and the jumping jacks to side-to-side toe touches.

    I've been doing this for 3 weeks 5 times a week and lost 6 lbs! Sometimes, if I'm feeling super pumped, I'll do this one and the NINA one. :) Haven't changed my diet that much, I try to eat clean but I have ice cream every day in this hot weather and still I'm losing weight. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Lynn from Kenya. Myself, Sister and Brother just did it. Took 35 mins of a near death experience but so satisfying. This is our third run with the workout and we video call each other since we're far apart. Les Mills all the way.

      It is but you've to stay true to yourself and keep it to your own pace. Once you've gas yourself out all the way there's no way you can recover from it. Stay strong! ​@@saraevoravieira3629

    The Nina workout have helped for so much , like I have been doing workouts from 4 years and found it difficult to loose weight but the Nina workout has made me loose 10 kgs over a year ( started Jan 10 & never missed a day) and toned my body so damm well & I started loving cardio and strength , I love that you have made another workout , looking found to loose more weight and tone my body , please make more workouts like this ✨✨✨✨

      You do it everyday?? What? Isn't that waay too much? It has hiit in it and hiit is only supposed to be done 3 times a week. You're really not giving ur body enough time to recover

      Wow..congratulations. But isn't 10 kgs over a year, less. It takes 2 months to reduce 10 kgs. But ig every body is different. Proud of you girlll

    Just done and feeling good. My five year old was watching me and said "that was a tough workout at the end". I will be doing more of the On Demand ones whilst in quarantine, thanks so much for making them available Les Mills!

    I am so proud that I could keep going, I thought I will collapse at like half of the workout. But it reminded me you a handball training we had back in the day, so I Rey enjoyed it. You guys make amazing, challenging workouts, I love them.

    I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! the H part of the alphabet training with the butt kicks is my fave! With the music It makes me feel like im part of an African tribe, which then makes me feel proud be black and part of such a fun and fit culture!

    It would be of great help if at the beginning of each workout you explain it in a low tempo cuz I get so stress out and confused so I don’t make the movements properly and I need to watch at the screen the whole time without focusing in what I’m doing.

    Amazing. I burned about 276 but I was a little lost and times and had short periods of lagging. Therefore, I think the next time I do this I will burn more because I understand it more.

    I started last week doing the Likenina and this workout back to back. This isn't as intense as Likenina but when combined with it you get one hell of a workout. I'm drenched in sweat. Just signed up for the Les Mills on Demand 30 day free trial so it'll be interesting to see how this works out.

      @@babexxarimayt1296 no chum, I do loads of different Les Mills workouts every day. If you just did this every day your fitness would stagnate. You need variety.
