Sealing Chips on Enamelware

I keep a bottle of clear enamel near my sink for occasions such as this. These are pieces I use everyday, but where the raw steel is showing through the enamel it tends to rust after washing and leave rings on the counter. Here I address that issue.

How do u derust the chips

you can scrub it with Barkeepers Friend which has an amount of oxalic acid in it, which will do the trick. If it's larger, I soak it in a bucket of Evaporust which is nontoxic and reusable for derusting things.
