Ernie said he won’t leave TNT for any company in the world. TNT lost their rights for basketball. So theoretically Shaq, Kenny, and Barkley will go to another channel but they’ll need a new 4th guy.

Ernie is necessary to keep the structure of the show. It goes completely off the rails when Lefkoe/others host. And Ernie is one of the lead Producers to my understanding.

I dont know if words do it justice but those 4 have something special together. I love watching them talk about the game right after the game. Theres a lot of shows out here that talk about basketball. Inside the nba on tnt is my favorite and its because of their chemistry. I also like hearing Stephen A talk about basketball. Yes...Ernie is the standard! Agreed!❤

I can see Ernie not leaving TNT. The chances of NBC keeping all 3 Charles, Kenny and Shaquille in my estimation is slim and none. NBC it's going to have their own basketball agenda and I don't think it's going to replicate TNT I don't see that happening. NBC is going to have their own basketball main crew and they probably have a few names in mind to lead the basketball production. At best of the 3 they may keep 2 that's probably about as realistic as it's going to get.
NBC was THE STANDARD during the 80's and 90's. They'll bring back that legendary anthem music too. 2024 tech... This will allow the crew to cover games past the conference finals.
All 4 or bust.

Should be an easy switch. Ernie can easily have in his contract he does shows on any and all networks HE CHOOSES to work at. So one day he's on TBS/TNT another on NBC and so forth. He would nog be the first one able to do this.

I personally can respect the guy without even knowing him cause I can hear his speech and see how he interacts with people on the show.
