I'm a 65 year old black man . I've been pulled over several times in my lifetime over the years for speeding . But , I always rolled down my window , gave the police my license , and waited for my ticket . No one ever had to yell at me , because I complied . What's so hard ? Just do what the officer asks you to do . In a couple cases the judge actually threw out the ticket in court . So just cooperate .

Then the officer asks him to roll the window down multiple times. Tyreek rolls window down 2 inches, the officer says roll it all the way down, he refuses. Then Hill is pulled out of the car by people of color, put into handcuffs while still refusing lawful orders being made to him. Tyreek is asked to sit down and what does he do, again so much for the listening part. he refuses and keeps standing, then is forcefully pushed down to the ground until he sits. When is the black community going to realize why they keep getting lead poisoning when it comes to traffic stops, they either run away, they either drive off resulting in a chase or they do things like this and the black community wants us to have sympathy for them, they want us to better understand the racism that they face everyday in society. If I owned an expensive car and an officer knocked hard on the window, I would get upset also. COPS have GUNS, they need to be trained to not have a temper tantrum, and to handle rude people without getting an attitude back. Tyreek was not wrong, do not fault people that act normal towards police, nobody is the same and nobody needs to act a specific was just because officers feel they require respect. The TRAINING needs to be looked at, that is the problem. The training and the higher up, up to the Governor of Florida. Change needs to happen with Police Training.

Tyrese acted like a toddler and got treated like one, as he should. We don't know how fast he was going, but the Miami-Dade police said he was driving at a speed that wasn't safe for the other drivers around. Very easy to go way over the speed limit in a McLaren. Tyreek admits he was rushing to get to the game, so there's admission of guilt.
When officers arrive at the scene, they don't know why he was speeding. They don't know who he is. They don't know if the car was just stolen, or was trying to flee from another crime. They have no idea of anything, and it is for their safety and the safety of everyone around, to get to the bottom of why he was speeding. This is why you must have your windows down and you must comply with their lawful commands, and Tyreek was given many lawful commands.
Instead of being cooperative, Tyreek acted like a fool, complaining about his window being knocked on. After he finally rolled his window down, he rolled it back up. Officers still haven't had a chance to ID him and figure out who he is. Why does Tyreek think he's above the law in this situation and doesn't have to comply? He rolled down the window just barely taunting the officers. It's kind of like when I tell my toddler to stop jumping on the couch, and they proceed to bounce instead of jump, pushing that line and testing your authority. And that's what Tyreek did. He acted like a toddler and then was correctly treated like one.
I have no sympathy for Tyreek and am 100% on the side of law enforcement on this one. Could they have tried to de-escalate more? Perhaps. But in all honesty, I am tired of so many people thinking they are entitled to act like a childish fool, and everyone else around them has to bend over backwards to make them as comfortable as possible. Grow up.

Why there is such a thing as passive resistance. Some officers may loose their jobs because someone felt entitled.
