I'd love to get one of those dropside, quad-cab VDub vans from the 60s my uncle had one. Compartments everywhere like a boat. Not a camper those but the van platform is the best.
I’ve seen a few RUclipsrs with problems with Canon cameras. Such an expensive product to be having such issues. Joe, I think you are the McGiver of rebuilding things. You always find a way.

You really should have a drop vent where your gas bottle is , LPG being heavier than air it will pool in the locker if there is a leak

Engine’s fine but these seem to get sticky lifters if sat for a bit. Once it’s run for a bit after park up it’s fine
