When I heard Mog, I thought of Spaceballs. He’s his own best friend.

I was confused this week trying to figure out when and for how long Sol knew that Mae was impersonating Osha. I genuinely can’t work it out; the way the show presents things has me scratching my head. Again.
And while Smilo-Ren is my favourite character on this show, does anyone seriously believe this guy’s attempts at seducing Osha had a hope in hell of working? This guy is a mass murderer and all he has to do is shake his wong and now Osha is suddenly willing to entertain his propaganda?
We’ve gone from the parent trap last week to the thirst trap this week.😂

The actor playing Qimir was on the show called The Good Place and always talked about his Man Cave but calls it his “Bud Hole”. We have now seen Qimir’s “Bud Hole”

I think a lot of people are forgetting the whole story is supposed to be a mystery. You generally don't know what's going on in a mystery until the end. So why everybody keeps expecting answers from the beginning is quite beyond my understanding.
Also didn't anybody get creepy vibes when Mae was strapped to the table. Anytime a major character straps somebody down to some sort of table in a mystery something bad is usually about to happen and that person usually winds up being not as nice as they seemed.

Bazil is a Tynnans are one of the earliest non-George Lucas-created Star Wars alien races. The Tynnan species are anthropomorphic otter/beaver-like beings. They first appeared in the 1979 Legends novel Han Solo's Revenge by Brian Daley

IMHO Sol is Osha and Mae’s father. His guilt stems from leaving them because he knew the Jedi wouldn’t accept them but I guess he reconsidered and that’s how the Jedi knew that the Nightsisters had Force sensitive children there. He’s been thinking about what to say to Mae for 16 years because he thought he’d failed to save one of his daughters and kept reliving it wondering what he should have done differently.

The inquisitors don’t really male much sense to me. George established that whenever dark users grow in number infighting ensues.
The ancient Sith had an empire, they destroyed themselves because they couldn’t stop ganging up on their masters.
Surely Palpatine’s end goal is to be the ONLY dark side user in town. He doesn’t want competition or even an apprentice once he has achieved his goal of immortality.

Do the lightsaber hilts in the Acolyte seem bigger or wider circumference to y'all? I don't know why this bugs me so much, but are they changing the sabers as well?

    • @roryotoole3279
      @roryotoole3279 20 дней назад +1

I think they're using props that actually have glowing rods so they have battery packs and such that make them thicker.
In story you can easily write it off to an older style of saber Whether it be a particular character or everyone in general.

The story is supposed to be a mystery.!
Have y'all never seen a mystery movie where you really don't know what's happening and you're supposed to figure it out as you go along. Usually you don't really know what's going on until the end of the story when all is revealed.

I hope Qmir is not the master, I think he’s the apprentice or possibly a Ren.
I wanna see how Qimir got dissed by Jedi and what happened with Sol. Plus what happened to the witches and will they play a role in future episodes.

This episode was giving me The Last Jedi vibes, but I bought the Osha Qimir relationship more than the Mae one. Boy, that ending was cool too. I still think Sol may be a secret double agent or a Sith in training.

I, like many many people, joined the RFR listeners when the Disney trilogy came out. VII got me hyped up, VIII was just lame, and IX was straight up bad. Mando S1 and S2 were fantastic, but besides that, Disney Star Wars has just been disappointment after disappointment and I feel like it's time to acknowledge that. This series is coming after the travesties that were Obi Wan Kenobi and The Book of Boba Fett.. these people aren't getting anything right. Star Wars used to be a sure thing grand slam, and these days it's just pandering and it's sad.

You spent 15 minutes mocking Mog’s physical appearance? Really? That discredits your whole review. I didn’t know you needed to look handsome to be on a SW show. You’d have 0 chance yourself then. Mog looked like a gullible Padawan that Vernestra could easily manipulate to cover her -ss. The actor was perfect for the role. Ridiculous comments.
