As a long time drawer starting to get in to tattoo, your channel and videos have been my favourite in comparison to many hours searching for what I’m trying to learn. Also this video made me feel less anxious about my drinking! And weather if or not I need to be, completely sober to be as good as you! Thank you so much! Thank you. The blue/green is 604 Bluish green from Ecoline but it's diluted with water otherwise it's pretty dark.

What are some good brushes to paint with? Mine are too wirey and dont stick together smoothly
I recommend using round synthetic brushes. The brand often doesnt matter.
love your videos! I was trying to do a paiting last night, because of your inspiring videos. I used a nib with china ink, but didn't get those thick outline? what are you using for the outlines? do you let dry the black ink first? mine ended up as a mess, the colors covered the black outlines inside specifics spots, as i painted over the black lines.. thanks for you help ?
Hi Frank! I've recently switched to Winsor & Newton Indian Ink cuz it gives me the best matte finish on my blacks. For Nibs I use Speedball B5 for these thick lines.
My colors also covers the black when just leaving it on top of the black. The solution for me is to spitshade on top of the black. You can see my technique for solving it here when adding the green on the leaf: ruclips.net/video/WYD3RgnDdiE/видео.html

Winsor & Newton Indian ink for blacks, Dr. Ph. Martin Radiants and Ecoline for coloring.
Could I use India ink set for black and colors or would you recommend just the India ink in black and water color for the other colors?
I use Indian Ink only for the black but you could also use it for the colors. For colors I use Watercolors.
