What are you supposed to do on the really steep jumps, just ride it with out a bunny hop? Cause wouldn't bunny hopping send you backwards or just straight up?
The only problem for me is is that I have a hardtail and you guys have really nice downhill and full suspension so it's harder for me. Do you have any good tips for me.

On flat drops you can do a little bh but on a 60 degrees jump you should bend your knees and unbend on a takeoff. It's similar to bunnyhop but feels different. Go on dirtjumps to learn it.

When you jump, you can literally pull a bit on the bars of the end of a ramp and you will jump but that is really not controlled

learnt to do small jumps at age 9-10, now 15 and recently learnt bunnyhop, still doing the same small jump, but can now clear it comfortably
