  • A few kilometres away from India, Sri Lanka possesses a rich land in which a strong identity has been moulded.
    We meet with our guide Peris Anurudhain in the South of Colombo, the capital city. Following in his steps, we venture into Hikkaduwa, a provincial market where we discover delicious recipes such as the Sri Lankan chicken curry and the swordfish fillet.
    We then travel to the small village of Hooda, on the Southeast coast to enjoy a traditional ambul thiyal meal with a local family.
