In this video i told you guys how to make vegetable croquettes. I used chickpeas, carrots, cabbage, and boiled potatoes. I cooked everything in a pan, added some spices, and mixed it all well. Then, I shaped the mixture into croquettes, coated them with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and deep-fried them. It’s a healthy lunchbox option-enjoy!
It can be stored i freezer for upto 1 week.(not fried)
