basically standard banner character is always getting power creep from limited characters, except keqing and tighnari that's because of dendro is just broken right now. rest of them are sucks dehya too since she will be on that banner soon

damage wise serpents spine is alot better especially on geo units since you wont even get the hp or second attack increase as you are prob perma shielded :D

build him with wanderer troupe and use him with fischl/yae miko, he's very good and not reliant on burst🙂

For tighnari is it okay to have sacrifice atk for em sands? Mine is lvl 80 and can decently clear but i want to clear faster
I would say, it's depends on your sands substats. Go the one that has better substats
Go to lvl 90, should be a nice boost to your spreads
Unless you have the signature wep atk and em are substat impact, but em is the clear winner otherwise
400 em is safe (plus you get from gilded set +100)
What's the weapon
If no 5 stars I recommend stringless
And attack sands
Or you could use slingshot with em sands

There's nothing wrong with your build. His teammates are the reason for his high damage. although you could afford to get some more attack.
You need deep wood in your team + another dendro... This video have nahida so thats a really huge dmg boost
