The Arabella Dress | Knitting Machine & Crochet Tutorial | Advanced Beginner

In this video I will show you how to crochet the Arabella Dress/Top. This pattern uses the sentro 48 pin knitting machine to create the bandeau top and crochet for the straps and body.
Crochet stitches used (U.S. Terms):
Slip Stitch, Single Crochet, Double Crochet, Shell Stitch (5 double crochet into one stitch), Double Crochet 3 Together
Materials:
Sentro 48 pin knitting machine (you could alternatively use the Addi King Size knitting machine or a flat bed knitting machine or knit by hand)
Yarn - I am using Hobby Kind Feather acrylic yarn and Bernat Baby Sport yarn. These are both sport weight yarns with the Kind Feather being a bit thicker than Bernat Baby
Crochet hook - 4.5mm (use the hook recommended for the yarn you are using)
Scissors (or something to cut the yarn ends)
Tapestry needle (also called a darning needle)

Would doing some shaping at the center point avoid the larger gaps? I'm thinking of a modification based on the ripple stitch.

You could modify with longer stitches in the area for a few rounds. Think of it like needing to add more fabric in the area
