      @@runwithwoody I really enjoyed it but was thrown into the dark side very early on and had to dig the deepest I have ever done, training had been going ok with my nerve condition and was looking at cruising it for a 3:29 time but for some weird reason at the 14k mark I had hip/knee problems which I've never had before, the 3:30 pace group caught me around the 31k park and really I physically couldn't run, but ended up with a 3:49 which is good considering, last 10k was interesting with the normal runners getting cramps, throwing up, falling over, can't wait for the next one 👍 this weekend I'm doing Kokoda 96k, my question is why and especially walking it 🤪 How are you and your knee going??

    Yes it was a awesome day I was in the 10km but had bad day unfortunately
