In all my years working in the criminal justice system have I ever seen such a crock of shite as this enquiry. My S.I.O would have got to the bottom of this within days not weeks or years. So much has been written and said about this woman and its about time people woke up and smelt the coffee. Well done to channels like this to keep this enquiry alive.

Hi the old lady from Australia again. I have been following the Nicola Bulley case from the get go. Nothing added up to me from the start, why was her partner giving an interview instead of being out there searching? He did not seem to me to be grief stricken, he talked quite well with that reporter. Secondly, that dog would have been wet, he would have gone into the water when she did. We have had dogs and I fail to understand why it was NOT WET! Doesn't make sense, the idea that the dog would have dried off quickly in that cold weather is ludicrous, and even if it did dry out, there would be signs that it had been wet and dried out. Then there is the obvious, with the river being scanned and not finding herm, PLUS don't forget the police had been searching the river bank for days and not sign of her. You did well to get that research on the fit bit, that does not add up either. what the hell kind of policing is there in that "neck of the woods"?? Keep on keeping on Mate. Having said what I have previously I am so grateful to you for keeping this case alive.
I just wish those who previously pounded us with info on the case would continue to do the same.Going quiet on this will only allow people to get away with their misdemeaners.
I also live out the area down in Cheshire but i really hope that someone from that area sees this and acts. I feel the whole investigation should have been looked at by a different police force. Please keep up the good work that you are doing.

Peter an outsider tried to help but they shunned him. Most people know it’s all nonsense. What’s weird is she went missing at a bench with the number 23 and was found 23 days later. Ok. That’s odd. But the fact a psychic ‘found’ her is them just mocking us.

After days of searching the water by LP & Peter Faulding & crew, PF announced he was going to start a land search then ta-dah as if by magic along floats Nicolas body.
The volume up plus the other button was pressed twice in succession. Sadly one of the buttons needs to slide apparently to connect to emergency services. During this time her phone was still connected to the team call.
An " independent " enquiry is called for. Thanks to you and other like minded youtubers who haven't given up on Nicky.

From start to finished from Nicola going missing to inquest is a shambles this don't make sense .lots of cover up .I'm from Blackpool and I'm ashamed how they handled this case Nicola did not fall into the river .the only one that made sense with all this was Peter faulding ❤ Nicola needs justice

i said this 2 days after nikki went missing ... WHY did paul or the police NOT JUST WALK DOWN THE BANKINGS WITH NIKKIS PHONE ON BLUETOOTH to synch the fitbit , it would have picked up where nikki was ... but as WE ALL KNOW she was never in the river .
Because Bluetooth range is a few cms in water🤷♀️

I always knew this was faul play. The dog was not wet, she was in great shape and would be able to get out of the water herself. Her boyfriend acting like Chris Watts, far from a normal reaction, very cold and emotion less, even laughing. She was found in a different location not far from the road. And the inconsistency list just goes on and on. I always believed someone not mentioning the name, manipulated facts, hit her in the head when she was on that bench close to the water, then dropped her dead body off the road many days later. Which explain why the search team sonars couldent identify her location. And now this watch.. I know 100% she was killed by someone close to her, that knew her route with her dog every morning.
Yes and possibly with her busy life & schedules, the only time she'd be alone would be after dropping the kids off and then walking Willow. Approx 1 hour most mornings so only a small window of opportunity. I would have thought that most crimes / attacks ( if we're correct in thinking) would be at night time. Not early morning in the middle of freezing January. I've always found this unusual in this case.
There was no foul play, When Nicola slipped or fell in the water, cold water shock would have killed her, Cold Water Immersion can trigger involuntary gasping, rapid breathing or hyperventilating due to the “shock” of sudden immersion. This uncontrolled rapid breathing can quickly create a drowning emergency if you inhale water and cannot stay afloat. Cold water can cause a sudden spike in heart rate and blood pressure. She would have died fast.
@lilgeorge34 if the water was deeper then possibly yes. But it was shallow where its alleged she " entered". To reach the deeper middle part, she would have had to have run & leaped, not slipped.

Inquests are irelavent run by a bunch of masons who when the club upstairs says jump they ask how high ! they found Lord Lucan was still alive i knew he was brown bread four hours after he killed the nanny.
The thing is if she had fallen in and drown she would have been found that day ? None of it adds up none of it ...keep going
100% with you that it was foul play.Just wish that one bit of proof could be found.Trouble is is that if the police cant be bothered to find this one bit of absolute proof this will end up being a massive miscarriage of justice and the culprits will be out there still with the freedom to do such acts again whenever it suits them.

Willow was indicating that Nicole left by the gate: I know this is going back to day one but the dog's "evidence" is vital.
I always thought the same thing. Willow was racing back and forth to the gate. It's obvious she was looking for nicola!! Nicola had been taken.
Penny conveniently changed that account of events at inquest, she said willow was running in between bench and river
Willow would have jumped in after her imo, tho at the very, very least would have barked over & over where she entered the river IF that was the case... Dogs are incredible companions & smarter than we'llever know, as most of us know. It suggests to me Willow recognised the 2nd person & ran between gate & bench in distress of not being able to reach her/them. 😑 Very sad..

I'm very surprised and disappointed that another more senior force and another coroner haven't questioned the inquest findings.
And I would like the lancs police to answer why wasn't Ansell considered as a suspect.

This case has been a travesty from start to finish, justice has not been served for Nicola. She has had her name dragged through the mud ,to add insult to injury it's said she fell in shallow water covered in bruises and passed immediately.Then disappeared for 23 days, you couldn't make it up.Meanwhile whoever was responsible for her demise is free,we can't give up justice must prevail.She has no voice but we do and will fight on.
And her parents have done nothing and even hired an expensive Barrister to seek a verdict that it was an unfortunate accident! You can’t make that up either?

I have never understood what a “ psyop” is but I do understand that law enforcement officials , professionals, government officials , community and family members of victims of a crime do not collaborate and cooperate to allow such crime to be gotten away with in my country.

I think Louise is involved along with PA and likely the poor parents have chosen to protect the remaining daughter at the cost of any Justice for Nicola. Was there any phorensic evidence given about the length of time she had been in the water at all . I didn’t hear anything about that . I know they can also tell which part of a river a body has gone in from water samples . Was any evidence of this given ?

What's needed now is all the case files be sent to Major Crimes Division so they can initiate their own investigation...
For the sake of Nikki's family, a covert operation can be done without public knowledge.
Lancashire police have closed their case, but it was only ever a missing person's case... And the coroner's inquest was to establish the ultimate cause of death... NOT circumstances surrounding it.... It wasn't a criminal court case.
Neither Lancashire Police nor the coroner had the official right to declare Nikki's death as murder, as the case was not handed over to a criminal investigation team...
Rebecca Smith is NOT a homicide detective. Her main focus was to LOCATE Nikki.
When it became clear that this was not what it appeared, and Nikki wasn't found in a reasonable time frame, especially when it came to light that Nikki WASN'T suicidal, this case SHOULD have escalated to a criminal investigation - to cover all bases, open as many as 6 other lines of enquiry, conduct background checks, and anything else that could be useful in ascertaining whether foul play was involved, or. NOT.... It was the job of experienced serious crimes investigators to rule out foul play, After first ruling it IN, and thoroughly investigating that possibility.... And if Rebecca Smith wasn't experienced enough, or willing to keep her mind open to the possibility of foul play, (as we know she wasn't) Nikki's case should have been referred to someone more suited to the role of SIO in this instance.
She did NOT persue the case as a criminal investigation , so had no right to say so arrogantly on National TV there was no third party involvement ... As I have already stated, that assumption can only be reached by opening a criminal investigation, with a crime scene, evidence and intelligence gathering etc..... Rebecca was merely voicing her opinion, far too prematurely and without foundation.
So the case is NOT closed until a criminal investigation is officially opened....

Just to digress........the bench was never cordoned off, the area where she was found was never cordoned off. A car park in Skipool Creek WAS cordoned off supposedly due to a "suspicious car". There are no suspicious cars in Skipool, there's hardly even any people there. That area was cordoned off for another reason, which the Police have refused to disclose.

Even the diver who made the laughable video going down the river was a liar, claiming he was floating at a fast walking pace lol. He also lied that the bench bend is 100m to the small island lol. I’ve been there, it’s about 60-70m max. He should have got there in less than a minute floating at fast walk pace. He wasn’t even there after 4 minutes when he stood up just before it lol. Also shows how people have survived in freezing water for much longer than this claimed drowning.

I totally respect Nikki's family and understand the necessity to move forward with their lives, bless them all, but I just wish the police did what they're paid for... They are public servants at the end of the day, paid by the public to protect, serve and bring justice to all, no matter how complicated, and regardless of the victim's circumstances.... Due diligence and justice must be the main priorities, and personal feelings, ego and purposeful tactical manoeuvres intended to protect or excuse the actions of an investigating officer /team should not come into it, and must not be permitted to divert the course of justice.
I truly hope Nikki's death was indeed an accident, and she didn't suffer... That feeling I'm sure is shared by us all...
However anyone feels about this tragic case, the thoughts, theories and speculation online are a direct response to the way Nikki was treated from the start.... That's on Lancashire police, for their lackadaisical attitude towards Nikki at the very beginning , and their naivety for believing the verbal diarrhoea they received, but did NOT verify from her partner... I have no idea why he didn't rate her higher, or why he would prejudice the police's mindset... Perhaps he thought it would help find Nikki sooner ? But no matter what he did or didn't say, LP failed Nikki.... And if a criminal investigation doesn't ensue from an independent official review, then that's it... Done and dusted... No justice.... The steps taken on her fit-bit recorded at 4548 between 8 am and 9.30 am
Say her stride length was 1.5 feet, I doubt it was a short stride of 1ft and I doubt a longer stride of 2 foot.
So if each was 1.5 feet there for 4548 ft =6822 feet. Divided by 3 +2274 yards.
Convert yards to m =2079m.
I have measured the distance from the school to where Nicola was found as being 1500m (roughly), so say 1600m following the path. 2079M less 1600m leaves 479m for walking about the house and walking about in the carpark/school.
The maximum distance Nicola could have walked from the school and around the field was about 1182m so say 1200m this compared to 1600m to where she was found. There is a clear discrepancy between the distances.
I still think Nicola was not in the field but walked to the West turning left and crossing the road at the bridge and when she reached the bush where she was found she was pushed into the water. This all ties up with the number of steps taken between 8am and 9.30 am.
She remained stuck in the bush when the rising or falling tide released her. I found a body in a river after 4 weeks. No face just a skull and he was recognised by dental features. His clothes remained in tact, similar to Nicola.
I leave you to work out how Willow arrived in the field and the phone and all the other bits and pieces arrived there.
Not in cold water, the FitBit would have to have been out of water to last till the 4th. All we are doing is challenging the crude science that was presented at the inquest. Great vids about the FitBit from a couple of youtubers UnapoligeticallyMe and Irisheyes.
@@random6809 Have you watched this video have you heard the open letter from an expert researcher or are you just trolling for it's sake, in this video, Irish eyes and Unapologetically me there is pertinent presented compelling evidence from experts that contradict the narrative by Lancs Police regarding the FitBit and I concur with this video and expert analysis. I don't always agree with everything contrary throughout this case (for instanceI dont beleive the family are involved or a conspiracy by them for instance) but I do suggest that the Inquest was misled on this issue and also other evidence regarding the levels of the Wyre on the 27th too, I even question the validity of the cold water shock theory. Do you have any unsolved crimes in Uganda.

I am a member of the the Jack the Ripper forums, It's my hobby to discuss true life crimes, mysteries, police corruption, missing persons. There are many cases such as the declared by Detectives as murder/suicide of 5 couples (2 couples of which are Howard and Bea Ainsworth, and Donald and Auriel Ward died in 1996 and 1999) who may have actualy been victims of a serial killer, In Wimslow and Davyhulme. The Police missed so much and there is the case of Annie Börjesson who the Police say committed suicide but there is evidence that she was murdered. So many that public can help with. Madeleine McCann, JonBenet, Armchair detectives have a place in a democracy, you cannot silence them. As long as they are not breaking the law by entering property or directly hassling individuals it is legal and often crucially helpful.

@@random6809 Irrespective of this report which I have read, I had conducted my own research, reading blogs and a whole host of information, I concur with this report that it is not possible for the FitBit to have lasted for so long in 3.9 degrees water. Now I had formulated this opinion well before I had heard of this open letter. I cannot paste anything here as deletes the urls etc but I have a collection of information plus this open letter and her Website. I have objectively viewed it and makes sense to me. Are you a critical thinker or are all experts perfect in your eyes. I question everything I don't always agree with experts or the conspiraces, but this has been poorly conducted via the Police and others in my opinion which I am entitled too. Have you read the article for instance, does it makes sense to you, do you agree or not agree with the analysis. Countless reviews, Blogs, discussion boards highlighting the limitations. You have tunnel vision you argue without value, give counter analysis by all means, do your own research, don't just be a meaningless troll with no substance.
The main problem with this case was everytime someone brought up a theory or mentioned a suspect the police moved the goal posts by changing timelines or witnesses or plainly shot it down without even investigating. You live in the area and seem just as determined, articulate and intelligent as MJ back in the US? He needs someone over in the UK to assist with his background work. What a contribution towards Justice this letter is. That person just might have provided evidence needed to challenge the inquest, and you are helping to make that happen. I have complete confidence and believe in Peter Faulding about what he said that Nicola Bulley wasn’t in the river, he’s a professional not an amateur, someone has made him look like a fool, not only him but the Police too because they where searching none stop for 3 weeks too!…it’s not a coincidence she was found in the river the very next day after the search was called off…someone put her there during the night…the verdict at the inquest is only a speculation as to what happened…the truth is! nobody knows what happened…this should have been an unexplained death verdict not an accidental verdict.

Nicolas Body was not found until the 7th of Feb by Peter. It Could be quite possible Nicola was alive until that day ,which would jive with her watch reading a heartbeat. It was only the Polices Narrative spewed out that she drowned the 1st day. Police are hiding a LOT.
“Spikes at 09:33” according to your video. This is the exact time that Sky News reported Penny saw Willow and found the phone according to their video recorded exactly 3 weeks after Nicola disappeared.

My take on this is that there was an altercation by the bench and it got out of hand. As Peter Faulding said Nikki would have to be launched into the river to miss the shallow area. I think Nikki was pushed hard into the water. I believe Nikki gasped and took on enough water in her lungs to render her unconscious. Nikki was buoyant enough to float down the river to a shallow area and was fished out by someone and taken away near the Wyre and they then placed her in the river on 18/02/23. Just passed the weir is a very shallow area only inches deep with stones and boulders sticking out. Nikki could not have passed this point. So, where does this take us? We know she was not in the river by the bench as this was searched thoroughly by Police divers. She wasn’t stuck on the rocks passed the weir. This only leaves one possibility. She was fished out of the river.

A few things on the fitbit.
How come nothing was said about the "GPS" data that the fitbit would have logged? That would have shown where/when nicola was that day and afterwards!!!!
Why was nothing further questioned about why it still showed accurate heartbeat data until 11.48 that friday?
Would the logs show if it had been plugged into a power source for say charging, as from what i've read about tests on these devices, the battery in that temp of water would have only lasted appx 2 days.....not the 8 that they quoted 🤔🤔🤔

The only way to test that theory is for someone to try it I suppose, what date was it that someone supposedly spotted her hubby near the find location with willow?
