  • Taking Refuge in Your Own True Nature (01/07/2015) - Tara Brach
The three classic refuges of Buddha (awareness), Dharma (truth) and Sangha (loving relatedness) are each expressions of our deepest essence. This talk reflects on the refuges and includes guided meditations and a closing ritual that helps us remember the pathway home in our daily life. (note: to participate in the ritual you will need a 28 inch piece of red string)

Tara Brach--I hope you're able to get this. I just want to tell you what a radiant soul you are, and a true blessing to the world. You just exude kindness, compassion and wisdom, and your work and meditations especially those dealing with RAIN helped me so much a few years ago when I was struggling...and I'm deeply grateful for you.
When and if you're able to read this, I hope you take some self-satisfaction in what you do. You make a difference.

Sarah you are so gifted and inspirational. To challenge my being in so many positive channels. Your sharing of humor that you place between the heavy thoughts on this journey of ours is so right on.
Thank you for sharing your studies, your stories, your knowledge.
    Namaste, Judi M

How does one fix it or heal if we let it be? 🤔

    False refuge...flag...lack of intimacy
