Established in 1949, Cafe Oceano stands proudly in front of the Beach, offering not just a meal, but a journey through Algarve's culinary traditions, accompanied by the soothing rhythms of live music. 🎶🍽️
From the moment we sat down, the couvert set the stage with its delightful selection of bread, olives, Algarvian carrots, and tuna pate. The starters, especially the prawns with chili, garlic, and white wine sauce, were a revelation. The main courses - honey and barbecue ribs, and succulent lamb chops - were cooked to perfection, embodying the essence of Algarvian cuisine. 🍤🍖
The experience was made even more memorable with a jug of rose sangria and a bottle of Vinho Verde, encapsulating the spirit of Portuguese dining. 🍷
