I enjoyed this review. I ordered this one and also the Yaya that was released at the same time. This body is definitely an improvement, especially how it feels in hand as you mentioned. I chuckled about the extra hands because I was the same. I looked at those things and said what in the world and immediately put them aside. I am displaying her without her bangles, because for some reason I don’t like how stark the gold is against all of the natural colors and fibers. The belt I’m still torn about but so far I’m using it on her. I think I could find it used for it on a curvy Barbie, so that may happen.

It's so weird to me how certain things can trigger childhood memories. When I was a small child (1960s) Sears had a pair of pants similar to your dolls and I begged my parents to buy them for me but they never did. lol- That memory stuck with me all my life weird huh?
You're not crazy at all. I think there is a strong resemblance, only I think this girl doesn't have quite the same spice as Poppy, more all over sweet.
