    Thank you, Tim, for inviting Dr Panda: a favorite of mine. I'm on TRE 8/16. Did he say/imply that a 10 hour eating window is just as effective as an 8?

    Just about every living thing on earth depends on the cycle of the Sun. The ancients knew this thousands of years ago. Good information.
